Staff was very friendly and knowledgable but were misleadling. Travelled from Saskatoon to purchase the car, a 2013 C350 coupe. Upon viewing the car I see that the black trim around the windows and grill was merely aluminum trim covered in black plasti dip. I brought this to the salesmans attention and he assured me that it was done by one of their guys professionally. Was kinda of turned off by the fact it was plasti-dip but it looked to be well done. Upon further inspection a few days after the purchase I noticed that about an inch had peeled back by the side mirror. Instead of applying more of the plasti dip product they used just plain old black spray paint...Unacceptable! Also as we were finishing up paperwork the salesman told me they filled up the car full of fuel for the trip back to Saskatoon. Upon later inspection of the paperwork they nailed me with a $85 fuel surcharge... The car only has a 65L capacity, they literally charged me for the fuel that was in the car and more on top of that. Definitely not the type of salesmanship youd expect to receive from a mercedes benz dealership.

The new ML350 Bluetec I picked up on Tuesday will be my fourth from Mercedes Regina, each one being better than the last. Ive always appreciated the high level of service, but the low pressure sales. The beauty of the product is that Ive always spent so little time in the service bay, but when Ive needed it, its done right and done fast. Appreciate Chao helping me through the sales process and then over to Jason and Dean to work out the leasing (always a bit of a black box for me, so I appreciate their patience with sorting through the numbers!). And thanks to Neil for walking me through the rearview mirror/garage door opener programming process - never an easy chore at the best of times, but I was able to get it going after a few tries. Like anything, the great part about having the opportunity to deal with the same shop allows you to build trust in what they do, as well as allowing them to understand what works best for me. Buying or leasing a Mercedes can feel like a big investment, but they all do a great job making the process worth it. Thanks guys!

I found a vehicle that I was interested in online and inquired about it late on a Friday afternoon via email. Jason had a complete/formal quote to me by Saturday morning at 9:15am. When I went in for a test drive, the process was painless. Chao rode along and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features. He answered all of my questions clearly, and didnt spend unnecessary time trying to sell me on the things that I didnt have any interest in hearing about. Subsequent to that they assessed the value of my trade-in very quickly, and gave me what I believe to be a fair price for it. As well, the final sales process/paperwork took less than an hour overall. Beyond that, the protection packages that I purchased were taken care of within a few days of purchase. Overall, Im happy with my purchase experience and would recommend Jason and Chao to anyone that asked me for my opinion!

I just want to take this opportunity to share the great experience we recently had at Mercedes- Benz of Regina. We decided to look at a trade in of the Mercedes I had; get a newer model, less kms etc. Admittedly, having traded in vehicles at other dealers before I was a little hesitant and didnt know what to expect. I reached out to Dean and told him what I was considering. He provided me with a lot of information and it sounded like we had some good options. A couple days later we went in and Neil did a fantastic job (like last time!) of showing us the new options, what was different than my current vehicle etc. Dean did a great job making the trade in make sense for us. Jason made the paperwork absolutely seamless. 45 minutes after we got there we left with a brand new vehicle. To this wonderful team - you have earned a loyal customer! Thank you!

Either I have a dud for a car or the service at this dealership is just awful. Probably both but I expected much better from both the car and the dealership when I purchased a "Mercedes". My car, which has less that 90K on it now was in for service twice this past summer. The total time was about 5 weeks IN THE SHOP as they either couldnt get the parts in a timely manner or didnt have anyone who could fix the car. Both times it was in it was a major repair. Thank goodness for warranty or I would have had about a $5K expense on top of buying a "high end" vehicle. As soon as my warranty is up I will sell this car and I will NEVER buy another Mercedes...EVER...and I certainly wont be darkening their door again. I will go back to my tired and true Toyota dealership.... not sure why I ever strayed.

Sales people are offered an incentive to get people to post positive reviews. Will never be back to this dealership. Sales manager is the sleaziest guy around. They just have this idea that they are better than everyone else and dont need to explain why a Mercedes that does half as much as a similar Acura is 30% more. I took a friend to Saskatoon recently to buy his Benz just to avoid this dealership. Thats right, travelling to Saskatoon is better. Service department is good, but often overcharges.

Service is sub par. When you purchase a vehicle for $40k+ and they nickle and dime you with tires on the vehicle that will only last 8 weeks and dont even mention it. I expected more from a "Mercedes" name on it, extremely disappointed. Very unfortunate when you raise it to them after an inspection theyre take on it is "sold as is". I was expecting much better customer service - for any new customers be aware of them trying to pull a fast one and potentially screw you by thousands of dollars.

Our experience in trading in our vehicle to purchase a 2011 BluTec was superb. We received all the information we needed in a timely manner and an excellent deal in the end. We also received an orientation of the vehicle controls from Chao Wang which we often have not had in the past and appreciated (saves reading the manual!). Our salesperson Jason Sveinbjornson is very knowledgable and professional and we would recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase a Mercedes Benz!

I overall had a great experience at Mercedes Benz Regina. I worked with Tyler, whom had a lot of knowledge about the vehicles I was looking at. If he didnt know something he was honest but would be sure to find out the answer. The manager, Dean, also helped find the best option for me. I appreciated the personal attention every step of the way and feeling like a first class customer :)

If you want to have a great and less stressful car buying experience, go to Mercedes-Benz Regina and look for Dean Meyer or Randy Racz. They have the answer on every question I asked about the CLA 250 4matic coupe which I bought on an awesome deal. MB Regina has the best customer service I received from all the dealership I visited in the city. Youll get to feel as a very important person.
