I dropped into KustonEis Car Audio this afternoon, to get a replacement remote transmitter for our daughters care start system. The remote case had been damaged and was not working properly. Eric indicated that they had the replacement remote available at a price which was on par with other suppliers with whom I had checked ($150). He checked the vehicle and set up the new remote, but indicated that he would check to ensure that the old remote was not still able to work. He examined the old remote which was cracked and had a button missing. He indicated that it appeared that the batteries may not have been working. He checked and replaced the batteries and determined that the old remote was still functioning. He was able to replace the remote case from parts in his shop and sent us on our way with our original remote complete with new batteries and a used replacement case. The great customer service and professionalism not only saved us $150 but created a customer who will come back and will refer others. Thanks Eric.

Jay and Eric can design a system for every budget in any application and the guys in the back make it work and sound amazing. Fit and finish is absolutely awesome. I have had my truck in for a full stereo that pumps and is super clean. Also they built a custom subwoofer system in my side by side to run off of my Bluetooth speaker installed by them that sounds remarkable and is perfect for the trails and I put it through everything and it keeps going. Price is incredibly fair especially for the level of workmanship they put in. I recommend them to anyone that needs anything stereo or remote start related. Will be returning in the near future for another stereo system.

These guys are awesome. Especially the sales manager Eric would love to help you out with whatever he can even if you are not their everyday customer. Once i had my command starter not working and phoned this guy and told me to drop by and lets check it out. And the time he took to fix issue was like nothing and with not making my pocket go all empty either. I would suggest this kustom audio shop to make your everytime shop. They are fabulous.

Excellent service from this shop on three remote car starters and done stereo install. Had to warranty a burnt up speaker because of an amplifier issues and both were handled without a hitch, quickly and professionally. These guys are well priced to high end audiophile equipment and have incredible installers. They can also hook you up with off road and upgraded LED lights and probably a lot more that I havent even asked about yet.
