I gave one star because there is no other option. They Deserve stars in negative rating, most probably -100 stars. My Vehicle is at Dilawri Collision Center for the repair. The reason of that is I had an excellent experience at Triple Seven Service Regina (Laura, Service Manager). When SGI asked me that where I want to take my vehicle, I told them Triple Seven. When I went there, Laura (Triple Seven Manager)told me that It will go to Dilawri Collision Center. I had a trust / faith on Laura so that I sent my Vehicle to Dilawri. My Experience at Dilawri Collision Center is WORST so far. The Manager at Dilawri Collision Center is not professional. They painted different color on my vehicle and when I saw my vehicle, Brian Antonick (Manager at Dilawri) told me that I am 100% sure that my vehicle will not have same color even if they repaint it which shows their unprofessionalism. The other thing when I insist him to match the color he raised his voice on me. I am his customer and I was not expecting that kind of behavior from them. His words were " DID.... YOU.... UNDERSTAND" what I said. I am an immigrant and I do speak and understand English very well. I totally understand what he was saying. I told him that I understand what you said but I think you dont want to understand what you or your staff did with my vehicle and moreover raising your voice on me. After involving Laura (Manager at Triple Seven and their higher Authority) they matched the paint, although they killed about two and half week to fix it, Remember this is a commercial vehicle and time is money for me. I cant work until they will fix it. I strongly recommend that dont go to DILAWRI COLLISION CENTER to avoid that kind of behavior and unprofessional work. But I must say if you did not go to triple seven so far, Just go there and leave everything on their very professional staff and their service manager Laura. She will make sure 100% granted work with professional attitude. I have another thing to post regarding my todays telephonic conversation with Brian Antonick. I will post it later.

Only reason I give one star is because I cant give zero stars. If you own a BMW do not take it there! Their workmanship is horrible! I took it to fix my bumper and when I picked it up there was a crack in the front windshield. Took it back to repair (and made me pay half even though was not my fault). Well the fabric around the windshield they replaced is all puckered up! I have had the windshield replaced before and this never happened. This is worse workmanship I have ever seen!!!
