So aside my bmw causing me a lot of issues the last 6 months, the service department in regina is absolutely horrible and are a bunch of crooks. First off, I brought my 335i in when I first got it and had them check things over. It needed new turbos which came close to 7000 dollars. They told me the car would be ready in a week and it ended up taking close to three weeks and they were not very prompt on the responses when asked about how the repairs were coming. After the turbos went, 4000kms later i noticed an oil leak on my driveway. So i jacked the car up and there was oil all over the plastic covering of my car. I took my vehicle in and they said it was coming from my oil pan gasket, so they repaired that which costed 1900 dollars. This really made me angry for two reasons...for one i had the car in there a month before and there is no way that oil just started leaking considering it was everywhere and as mentioned i asked them to look everything when i brought in the first time. Second, they charged me for an oil change ontop of the 1900 dollar bill for the gasket repair. As it would make sense to include an oil change as part of the job considering dropping the oil pan would cause all the oil to leak out I called 2 other bmw stores and both service advisors told me that would be included with the job and were also very kind with me on the phone. Discouraged I payed the bill and literally two days out of the shop i felt a clunking sound coming from the passenger side so i took it in and the axle needed replaced. Obviously i am upset about my car being a peice of s***, but i have received nothing a negative attitude from both the service advisors. Here is my last complaint when the car was done getting the axle replaced, the service advisor told me "we over torqued your wheels because the wheels are missing the hub rings and your wheels might fall off." So just recently I was going to take my winters off and install my summers and as i was loosening the studs the locknut broke off inside the locking stud because they were torqued on there so tight. I was very lienient up to this point. Now i took the broken peice of lock nut to the advisor and pointed me to the parts department and disappeared. Waited for him to back and didnt so i explained to the other service advisor and he kindly gave me a new lock nut to try and get the stud out, which did nothing then proceeded to tell me if that doesnt work bring it back in and we will take care of it. Now just today i brought it in and they want me to pay for new locking studs. To conclude i having received nothing but a negative attitude from both the service advisors at dilawri bmw, they dont return messages, and ive received the furthest thing from "exeptional service" which is their moto and what youd expect from a BMW store especially after giving them 12000 dollars in buisness.

Just came home yesterday with my second BMW from Dilawri and I couldnt be more pleased. My experience was two-fold - great vehicle and great service. I dont need to spend much time on the vehicle itself - BMWs are in one word...."awesome". Love the new X5 - it is simply an outstanding vehicle. I want to spend more time talking about the people within the dealership. I bought my first BMW two years ago from Jamey Morley and dont think it wasnt because I didnt shop. I originally researched online and got it down to three vehicles. I twice visited all three dealerships in the running and was only approached to have a genuine conversation in two of the six visits - both of these were at Dilawri BMW. In other words, the other two luxury dealerships wouldnt even approach me to see what I wanted. I believe that they had already pre-qualified me as someone that was a "tire-kicker" or one who was not able to afford "their" vehicles. This was never the case at Dilawri BMW and it is the reason why I came back for another vehicle and why I will be back to purchase more in the future. They earned my business because they are authentic in their approach and truly care about the experience of buying a car. These people are fun to deal with - it is nice to enter a city dealership and be greeted by name. Our salesperson Jamey, sales manager Andy and finance dude Kent are all quality people that I know will all be there should I need anything in the future. So dont even bother looking elsewhere - I did the research for you. The BMW is the vehicle you want and Dilawri BMW possesses the kind of people that you want to buy a vehicle from. Every time I have left this dealership over the last two years, I have left after having a laugh or two and with a feeling that I am being taken care of. You too will actually enjoy the experience of buying a quality vehicle from them.

Dilawri BMW service and sales is the reason we keep buying BMW product even though were not really people who can necessarily afford BMW product. Our salesperson (Jamie) is soft sell and low pressure. We never have felt pushed, pressured or upsold. I highly recommend him. Service is unbelievably good. If you book ahead you get fantastic BMW or MIni loaners. I never feel like Im being encouraged to do work that doesnt need to be done. Ive been dealing with them for over 10 years now. Truly great, above and beyond service. One story comes to mind.... I wanted a hitch for an older 3 series and couldnt find what I needed in North America so I order the hitch from Germany. I gave them the installation instructions and they guess about 3.5 hours to do the work. I brought my car in in the morning to have the work done and they had overbooked the loaner cars so they rented me a car for the day. When I went to pick up the car, it still wasnt ready at the end of the normal service day. The mechanic stayed until the job was completed. In the end, what was supposed to be 3.5 hours of work ended up being just shy of 9 hours. I was only billed for the 3.5 hours. This goes back around 10 years ago but the service still remains examplarery. The only complaint and its a small one, I did feel some pressure one time from the financing guy there....more like what youd expect from a car dealer. All and all...one of the great customer service companies in Regina

where to start...... well i flew from calgary to buy my x6m and drove it all the way home just to be able to deal with dave, probably the most professional, genuinely caring sales person ive ever met in my life hows that! and believe you me, he had every right to be anything but after the 10 days of torture that i put him thru....countless emails and phone calls, price adjusting and grinding.....he went above and beyond and even went the extra mile for me and it is because of him that i sit in this beautiful car today typing this review...parked of course, on a ferry in bc. every person in the dealership from the back garage area to the sales floor and in between looked me in the eye and seemed genuinely appreciative of me being there...it was surreal. the finance office (kent namely) was super organized and efficient and had me on my way in no time. this is my 8th dealership vehicle purchase and noone has even come close to providing the experience that dave smith and dilawri bmw of regina did. i will buy my next vehicle from them because of them and i congratulate the dilawri motor group on attracting such outstanding people to represent your brand! well done!
