I just got my lemon back on Monday Nov 09/15 and I took it out for a test drive on Nov 10th it still pulls to the right then I took it to work on Thurs Nov 12 on the way home it still pulls to the right it did this two times on the way home. I have been after them to fix this problem for the last 16 months still not fixed. Every time I take it in for this and other problems all I get is we can not fix the problem if we can not duplicate the problem Im starting to think that they do not now what they are doing or they just dont want to fix it because it cost to much, or they are just guessing because they dont now what the problem is. I took out the service manager for a test drive and he saw what it was doing on the next trip in he took it out and it did the same ting for him and he also found a strut that had no gas in it yet they still can not fix it. this has been the worst service I have ever seen. 16 months to fix a new jeep that should not need any fixing for years to come. at this time I WILL NEVER BUY A CHRYSLER AGAIN WARNING DONT BUY ONE NOT WORTH IT MY RATING WOUKD BE _100 IF IT WOULD TAKE IT AN UPDATE TO MAY REVIEW OF NOV 10/15 Monday Nov 16/15 I called the service manger today and he was upset about may review I only told the truth I guess they dont like it when someone tells the truth all I want is for them to fix it not do a lot. Not do a lot just fix it stop guessing Anyway the reason I had called was because it is still doing the same thing today on my way home from work I was coming to albert and Dewdney had to stop so I would not run the light had to use the brakes harder than I do anytime and it just grabbed hard to the left it just jurked to the left Someone thinks Im doing this because I hate the jeep well I do hate it after 16 months and its still doing the same thing and Chrysler Canada along with crestview keep saying can not fix it if we can not duplicate the problem but we are willing to do what ever it takes to fix the problem and that has not been done. here is what Im willing to do I WILL FIX MY REVIEW PR CHANGE IT WHEN YOU FIX THE LEMON. NEW UP DATE NOV 28/15 I all most not into an accedent with the lemon because the brakes pulled hard to left then right h I had to grab the wheel and pull it left to keep from going into the next lane with a seme going up beside me this is a big safety problem. since I got this lemon back from them it pulls more and more every day one day there was 13 times it pulled if I get hurt because of there bullshit someone will have to pay for it and thats not me. FIX THIS LEMON OR GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK ALL OF IT EVERY CENT my rateing now would be - 200%

On Saturday, April 9, 2016 my boyfriend and I were in for oil changes to our cars and I have never seen such a total lack of respect and disregard for someone elses property!! There were oily hand prints on both of our cars. I am not even sure why someone would even touch the outside of a vehicle when I dont even touch the outside of my vehicle because its black and it scratches so easily.... it was very disrespectful and a totally unprofessional. They have not only lost me and my boyfriend as customers but I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone go there for ANYTHING!!!!!!!. I expect a little more respect and after spending $314.00 on an oil change and replacing a headlight bulb (which I already purchased) was just a little bit expensive...especially when they did this to my vehicle. By the way the $314.00 was just for my car alone. Unbelievable!!!!! Also, there should be half stars as well as no stars. Because this would for sure be a no star rating!!!!! April 19, 2016 - In response to the owner - I have no issues with the tech who assisted with the headlight installation. In fact he was the only one who actually gave a damn about his job and how he does it. As for the pricing of the oil change...no issue with that either but at least take care when doing the job. if you are leaning over the side of the car then put a protective cover over the side to protect the paint and there should be no need to have a greasy hand print on the back quarter panel of the car when doing an oil change. I have called Gord Mayer and left a message yesterday but have received no call back as of yet. I have a few conditions to be agreed to before I come in and get my crossfire detailed inside and out by your detailing department. If the conditions cant be agreed to then I will send a bill to you for my time and my boyfriends time detailing my car.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2013 Grand Caravan from Crestview. I initially placed a call and spoke to Bruce, we talked about the van I wanted and he said hed get back to me shortly. The van that I wanted had pretty specific requirements so some searching was required. I e-mailed Bruce what I was after and subsequently got a call from his manager Cody Wood. Cody worked with me to find a van with what we wanted, and after an extensive search and many phone calls and e-mails between us he came up with the goods. He actually came up with a better option that what I was after, plus its a brand new 2013, not a 2012 as I originally requested. He even had one of his people drive to another dealership in the province to pick it up for us. We also got an excellent trade in price for our 2009 vehicle (alot better than what some of the other dealers were offering). My wife and I have nothing but good things to say about how we were treated from start to finish. The service was great, the price was great and we never felt pressured throughout the entire process (we talked to another dealer in town for comparison before purchasing from Cody and the feeling of pressure from them was terrible). Cody and the team at Crestview did an excellent job, and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone thinking about buying a new vehicle. I went into crestview with a few ideas of what I was interested in but was unsure of what would be the best option for my current situation. I had a lemon of a vehicle and still owed money on it so my options were limited. Dave worked very diligently to find options that would work within the peramaters I gave him and we finally settled on a 2017 dodge ram 1500. He went above and beyond to make sure we were within my current budget as well as made sure all of the things that were important to me were installed. Most sales reps would have stopped there, but Dave went the extra mile and knowing how sad I was that new vehicles dont have CD players in them, He went out and found a Bluetooth system (which was already being installed) that also had a CD player connected to it. Throughout the whole process dave made sure he always got back to me promptly and with answers to my many questions without making me feel like I was being pressured to buy. The whole experience was one of The best Ive had in dealing with buying a car. Car salesmen sometimes get reputations for being pushy, dishonest or even that they are only looking to line their pockets. I can say with 100% certainty that my experience with Dave at crestview was the exact opposite of that. I would highly recommend going to see him if you are looking to purchase a vehicle. You will not be disappointed.
