I recently purchased a new GMC truck from Capital GMC in Regina, SK. It would be the 4th new vehicle I bought so far, and the 1st from Capital GMC. I dont usually take the time to participate in giving positive reviews because it is rarely warranted. However, to my surprise, I will attempt to share my experience and opinion with anyone who is thinking of purchasing a new vehicle. I will start by saying this dealership is huge. In fact, the inventory and selection is almost overwhelming... Its enough to make the most hardened buyer feel like a kid in a candy store. I had spoke to Terry McCrystal on the phone briefly asking about the sales event taking place and the availability of a particular truck I was interested in before I committed to the long drive to Regina. He was very informative and even though the truck was already sold, he assured me that we would find what I was looking for at a similar price. When I arrived the next day, I found Terry armed with truck stock numbers, a buzzing cell phone, and others passing by saying "Hey Terry!" and then with a smile looks at me and said "Im glad you made it!, Now lets find your truck even if it takes all day!". I soon realized that he meant it because he was willing to look and test drive every truck on the lot if it suited me..LOL I highly recommend you talk to Terry if go to Capital for a vehicle, I know you will find he is patient and genuine. Once I found the truck I liked, Terry introduced me to a Finance Guru called Micheal Park,..aka.."Mike The Magician". Seriously though, this man will make the unimaginable a reality. Someone gave this guy a calculator way too early in life........ enough said. And finally, last but not least, a huge shout out to the bartenders at the Fountain of Youth,The Elves of Truck Coolness.... Zach Mills and Keith Giroux in the accessories dept. (Capital Customs) These guys put the final pieces together in making my purchase complete. In fact, I ended up spending most of my time there. Again, very patient, accommodating and went out of there way. Everyone that I have mentioned went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied..... Even the service guys in the shop that I ran into were very friendly and helpful..Its been a long time since I could say that about any purchase. Anywhere. For What Its Worth, R. We had previously had a less-than-amazing experience with a salesperson at this location and were a bit hesitant about what we might encounter on our recent visit to the dealership. The individual we met with last time no longer works there and thankfully our paths crossed with Dillan Kuntz when we went in to discuss a trade. We shared our previous experience with him and explained what we were looking for. Dillan was very understanding and did everything in his power to help turn a negative experience into a positive one. Dillan did not try to sell us something outside of our specifications or pressure us in any way. He did not offer up false information just to give us a response or pretend to know anything he was not certain of, but sought out answers to all of our questions. He took the time to check with the service department to see what any additional features would cost so we would have a clear idea of our full investment. Dillan also went to bat for us with his managers to work out a deal we were happy with. Overall, Dillan was super friendly and a delight to work with. I would definitely recommend anyone take the time to meet with this wonderful young man if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. Gary Lazio handled the financial side of things for us. He was also friendly and personable and explained the warranty options to us. He was slightly more "persuasive" when suggesting various options, but did not push to a point that made us uncomfortable... more so just seemed to want to ensure we were aware of all of our options, which we appreciated. Overall, our recent experience with Capital was excellent and I would not hesitate to return for future vehicle needs. As a side note, we had all service work for our previous vehicle completed through the service department here and have always found them to be friendly and knowledgeable. They even gave my car a wash the last time I took it in. :)

I worked mainly with Tony Plett but also with Mike Park in the business department, and Kevin Shattock worked with me at the beginning of the process. They were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was allowed to try several versions of the truck I wanted until I narrowed down exactly the color, and options I liked the best. They found exactly what I wanted right down to the type of wheels & helped me get it. The options I selected were very specific & while the dealership did not have that in stock by the next day they called & said my exact truck was in Winnipeg. Hard to waffle on that deal. I agreed to purchase & within another day the truck was here in Regina in my driveway. Tony also was very helpful in getting me the accessories I wanted. He was not pushy at all, but rather worked to make sure I got what I wanted! Price wise, at the end of the day I felt I got the best deal possible. A fair trade in value, lots of options thrown in (there was and accessories bonus on), & great service. I had a we bit of rust on the front bumper when I picked it up (apparently there had been a bad batch of bumpers). They booked me in to change it & when I picked it up it had been washed up nice and was ready to go. The service was far beyond what I expected, and uncommon in todays world! I would highly recommend Capital because of people like Tony Plett, Mike Park and the rest of team there. Within a few months of my purchase, my son wanted to purchase a car. Again the experience was very positive. I really felt Tony listened to my son, identified what he wanted and helped him get it. He even let us know how we could reduce finance charges by using my credit rating instead of my young sons. Awesome.

"WELL WORTH THE TRIP" We live an hour from Regina. We received an ad in the mail from Capital GMC & decided to check them out. After doing extensive research on various vehicles via the internet we decided on a new 2014 Enclave!! I emailed Capital with an enquiry on a Sunday & early Monday morning Mona called with a response. I met with a few staff members at the dealership: Mona, Ben, Kevin, Kien to name a few. They were all extremely helpful but Ben was our "go to" guy!! He looked after us exceptionally well. The Regina dealership didnt have exactly what we wanted so Ben searched & found one they brought in from Alberta. Ben looked after literally EVERYTHING.........he kept in touch with us via phone, emails & text messages. He looked after providing the vehicles we wanted to take for road tests, he went on a tour with us of the service department, he took us to an insurance agent to buy plates for the Enclave, he sat with us & explained every feature of the Enclave without giving us "too much information". Ben went out of his way to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. He was friendly, enthusiastic, down to earth, knowledgeable & made you feel at ease the entire time. I would recommend Capital GMC to anyone, whether buying new or used. The service department deserves special mention also. I was taken on a tour (which has NEVER happened before), had a chance to ask questions & was able to familiarize myself with the layout in case I need any work done. All in all, it was a most positive experience, right from the first email I sent to the last email I received, thanking me for purchasing the Enclave!! Thanks Ben & Capital GMC, we will definitely be doing business with you in the future!!!!
