Hi I have worked in a sales environment for more than 16 years and in that time I have seen a number of people interact with a number of clients. Some with success while other interactions are less than excellent. I have over the years purchased new vehicles, bought homes and made other major purchases that for the majority of the population are about as enjoyable as major dental work with limited anesthetic. My experience with Joe has been nothing short of amazing. He has been able to strike a fine balance of getting to know my needs, wants and desires in a new vehicle all the while keeping the interactions upbeat, personable and professional. His understanding of the products offered at Ford is second to none and he was able to work with my very unique needs of fitting a Great Dane into a car and making sure that it not only worked for her but for me as well. I have seen and bought from a number of sales people over the years and I would not hesitate to do business again with Joe. I would have no reservations having him help my parents, my work colleges or my many friends as well. He is a very unique asset to your business and I hope that you take a moment to recognize him for the value add experience that he has added to my life. Thank you again Joe for all that you have done to get me in the right vehicle for me and my dog. The second person that I wanted to acknowledge was Brian Churko. here are some comments that I have about him as well I have had the outstanding good fortune to have been in contact with Brian Churko on the recent purchase of my new Escape. The interactions with Brian have been nothing short of amazing. The speed and attention to detail that he has offered me has been top shelf. I had pondered for a long time on getting back in the car payment game having been payment free for five years. I had reached out to him on the recommendation of a mutual acquaintance and I have not regretted it in the least. He was able to answer questions about the product at all hours of the day or night and he adjusted his schedule to come meet me when I was coming to the dealership for test drives and for the final purchase of the vehicle. Brian demonstrated consistently to me a strong desire to learn what I was looking for in a car and helped to guide me through the process of making a final decision. His interactions were timely, helpful and completely without pressure or urgency on the part of me making a decision. He was urgent in responding to my request and then made sure that I had all my questions answered. He was able to put in touch of an amazing sale rep, Joe and together they took me through the car buying experience together. I appreciate all that Brian has done to mitigate what could normally be a very stressful situation. Thank you for all you have done to help me Brian, know that it is appreciated and valued deeply. Thank you for making a major life change so enjoyable.

My wife and I were in need of a second vehicle. After mulling it over for a few months, I had created a short list of cars I thought would be suitable which included a Ford Fiesta. I had spotted in one on Capitals website and we went to look at it. We arrived at the dealership and were promptly introduced to Philip. Even though we knew what we wanted we basically told him what we were looking for and what we wanted to pay. He started pulling up cars that fit the bill, and ended recommending the 2013 Ford Focus as the Fiesta may have been what we wanted but it was not what we needed. It is worth noting I do not feel the Focus was recommended only in order to up-sell a bigger sale, the fact is the Fiesta we had came to look at would not fulfill our needs and Philip Identified that. We test drove a similar model Focus to the one we would be purchasing and decided this was the car for us. The one we wanted needed to be shipped in, and there was no pressure for us to drive off the lot in a car that evening. We were then introduced to Darren Hollinger to help us out with financing. We had an interest rate which he needed to beat in order for us to merit financing the vehicle and he was able to do just that. The car was still in the process of being shipped from out of Province. Philip provided us with weekly updates until the car arrived. We now have had the car for a few days and have been impressed by it so far. I am not a Ford guy, I have never been a Ford guy and never thought I would be a Ford guy. Time will tell if my 2013 Focus makes me a Ford guy, but the experience I have had with Capital Ford Lincoln thus far has been nothing short of excellent, as their other reviews will tell you. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and accommodating, and I hope over time that I like my Ford enough to merit purchasing another vehicle from Capital Ford Lincoln because I have had nothing short of a stellar experience dealing with them. Other dealerships should take note of what Capital Ford Lincoln is doing for their customers. You should never have to dread interacting with a car dealership and at Capital Ford I do not think you ever will.

The whole process took about 3 hrs, the gf needed a new vehicle and she was pretty set on what she wanted (it was a choice between 2 vehicles, car & an suv) we are selling our house and wanted to wait 2 weeks until the money from the house sale was in the account so we could just pay cash for the vehicle or possibly just take a $5000 loan to keep the payments very low. But she saw (what we felt) was a good deal on these two vehicles so we thought wed go in drive each one to see which she prefers and ask if we could put a deposit on it for them to keep it for 2 weeks for us... however they were pretty set on selling the vehicle that day promising that we could pay down the loan in two weeks and then ask the bank to rework the payments after we pay most of it off... and we were asked that if we do decide to pay the entire loan off to wait 180 days otherwise they will be penalized... Im sorry but you guys didnt want to wait the 2 weeks until we had the cash you wanted to make that sale that very day so if we pay the entire thing off it will be asap not in 180 days which would cost me money in interest.. also I was a little confused why a vehicle which was used needed $599 to be "etched" they say they do it to all the vehicles as a way to prevent theft, however I feel it should have been done when it was sold brand new... it shouldnt need to be redone, someone had said because we are new owners it needs to be re-etched and registered under our name, I find this to be a scam, there should be no reason why the previous owners name cant be removed off the records for that vehicle and our name added as the new owners... much like when you chip an animal, if you sell that animal you just phone the vet and re-register the new owner to that chip number.. shouldnt be any different.. And the vehicle came with only one key, we had to spend (dont quote me on this) but I believe near $350 to order a second key. And the vehicle didnt come with an owners manual (its a 2014) there should be a manual in the car..
