Paint and bodywork always good. When our vehicle was picked up multiple malfunction indicator lights were on in the instrument panel as well as radio code needing to be entered, the vehicle was brought in with zero MILs on and with a fully functioning radio. These thing were rectified without charge at the dealership in very little time. The problem is that someone from TBS drove this vehicle out of the shop and said the work was complete when it clearly was not. The devil is in the details, sorry TBS

I took my car here for a dent in the door. When I received my car back I noticed a clicking sound when driving it. I then check the tire. I noticed a body screw in the tire. I had to put a plug in my perfectly good tire. I took my car back the next day. I told the Manager they took no blame or offered to fixed my tire. Also, the wait was long to get a rental. I wont recommend this place.

If you want customer service, this is the place to take your vehicle! Whenever I need my car fixed I take it to TBS Collision. TBS has amazing service and Ive always been very pleased with the work that was done. They have always gone above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy. Thanks again TBS!
