Struts and rear upper control arms and 4 wheel alignment This dealership went above and beyond my expectations. I had a horrible experience at another dealership in another City and as a result had to complete the repairs at Mann Motors. They recognised the issues and assured me they would do the job right and on time. They not only got the job done but changed whatever needed to be done with calls to me for approval as they progressed. Service and quality of service was second to none. Ive been buying vehicles and havng them serviced at Mann for 30 years. I am a second generation customer to Mann as my Father also dealt there. There is a reason for us being loyal as the service has always been above and beyond. Also, I found the service to be passed down to the new employees as the people my Dad I were used to dealing with has changed due to attrition. So even though there have been generational changes to both the company and the customer, the quality of service has stayed exceptional. My Acadia has 288,000 kms and the reason why its still a safe reliable vehicle is because of the quality service Mann Motors has given. Thank you Mann Motors and especially Tim Green and Rick Cochet and of course the mechanic who did the work for the great service.

I dropped my Buick Enclave to Mann North for service. There was a noise coming from my front tires while driving, and was getting worse while steering wheels. When I dropped the car off, I had them hear the noise by steering front wheels. After leaving the car for 2 days and with a total bill of over $1363 (I paid $374 though and rest was covered by my insurance), I got the car in worst shape. The noise is louder when I steer the wheels. I took my car again today (Saturday) to the service to show that the problem is still there and actually more louder. I was told to book another appointment for the work order because apparently this is a different noise. I am extremely dissatisfied with the service. To be fair, their manager Tim Green was not there today. I have left him a voice message and yet to see how it all works out, but what I have experienced so far, I am extremely unhappy about it. Thomas Crain was very helpful and very friendly, made my family and myself feel comfortable. Wonderful to see a young ambitious and honest sales person! Right from the time we entered the lot he was helpful and made the test drive comfortable and an easy decision to purchase the vehicle. I would highly recommend him to anyone who wants an easy smooth transaction. Rob Mamczasz also was very helpful with all the financial information and made it also easy to feel comfortable. For a first time buyer they both made the decision very easy to purchase the Terrain that day with no second thoughts. I love my new vehicle and will share this experience with anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.

I knew I needed a different truck with a larger motor after trying to tow a trailer with my old truck, so I went in and talked with Jerry. I have dealt with Jerry in the past and will continue to in the future as he is a no pressure, straight shooter which is very important to me. We sat down and talked about what I needed, looked at some options and before I left that day, we had my new truck picked out. The rest of the staff I came in contact with were also very friendly. My wife and I just purchased a 2015 GMC Sierra from Mann Northway. The customer service was terrific they did everything to make sure i was driving away in that truck today. All associates were very friendly and they worked in a great team environment. If you are looking at buying a new vehicle this is the dealership to go to.
