I went into Ford in order to get my 2015 Ford Explorer looked at. I was asked "Are you happy with your current Explorer?" my answer to that was, "NO!" as I settled for the vehicle and was not given what I wanted to begin with. I was then asked, "Would you like some help getting into a Ford that you love?" my answer was, "YES!" Immediately myself and my family were treated like royalty. The team at Lakeland Ford made my vehicle shopping experience an incredible one. They valued my opinions and my wants. The financing came easily and they were very supportive throughout the day. I will continue to shop at Lakeland Ford because throughout my vehicle shopping experience I never got treated as importantly as I did when shopping at Lakeland Ford. I left Lakeland Ford that day in a 2016 Ford Explorer Sport and I have never been so happy with my vehicle as I am in this one. 1)Bought my vehicle 2nd hand in 2013 and was told to go to FORD in Prince Albert to get the keyless entry code. I called them to make an appt and they said they couldnt help me so I drove a 1/2 hour to Shellbrook and they helped me NO CHARGE............ 2) Had to replace my FOB keys back in early October, Ford in PA re-synced them to the vehicle I was fine, but the OLD stolen key would still open the doors and there was nothing they could do about it. paid over $200 for that service. Good thing I park in a garage at home. 3)LAKELAND FORD came through with flying colors for me this morning.....instructions via phone and my car starter works perfect....THANKS so much to Jordan at Lakeland Ford. I had posted a review because I was lacking in confidence for this dealership..... Renewed confidence with them now.

My wife wasnt please with the service due to the fact that she had to walk from Lakeland ford to work = 4.5 km; when the truck was completed she had to again walk the 4.5 km from work to Lakeland ford ... Id say this is very poor service. She said that when she pulled up to a bay that wouldnt open the service attendant who wasnt the most cheerful when letting her know that only certain bays are open on weekend - maybe there should be better direction to customers that dont visit very often. This didnt sit well for my wife who usually is very easy going. Why isnt there shuttle service on Saturdays? They actually got the proper oil added this time, so I guess that was one good thing.

Popped into the ford dealer in PA. To get more info on the 2014 ford fusion hybrid which I factory ordered. Got nothing but attitude , no thx for the order, just condescending attitude. When issued about changes I was barked at what kind of changes? Hmm well Im not a ford salesman I dont know what changes thats why I asked! I was in this same dealership a year ago lkg to buy a car and got attitude then as well and telling me no cash discounts at all.hmm odd since my ford dealer in calgary did give me a cash discount. So. When did dealerships decide that thy are doing me a favour by selling me a vehicle?

Our Sales person, Brandon Detillieux, was professional, friendly and excited for us!! He took extra time to explain and show us various features and how to operate them!! We would definitely recommend him to family & friends. Our new vehicle was in mint condition; the entire transaction was completed in a very short time. Everyone we came into contact with from the receptionist to the Sales Manager were friendly and welcoming. This is our third vehicle purchased from Lakeland Ford and most likely, wont be the last :)

Do not buy a ford from this dealer, they will screw you over especially when you are trading in a vehicle. Tell you your getting a certain amount and change it on bill of sale. They lie, cheat just to get a sale. I warn you to stay away. I know other people besides myself that this has happen to. Ever year they call me to see what im driving and ever year I tell them the same thing. Why would I ever want to buy another vehicle from your dealer after your deception.

On a camping trip back to Saskatoon our F150 broke down in PA. At first it looked like our vehicle was not going to repaired anytime soon however Craig the service manager really came through. Craig and his staff were able to find a way to get our truck fixed within a day. When a crew of about 5 service staff pushed our truck into a service bay I knew we were in good hands, Great service...Lakeland Ford went over and beyond ....

I had Lakeland Ford replace two tires on my F150. Where everyone else had to order my tires, Lakeland had them in stock and for the best price! Their customer lounge is awesome with fresh coffee and newspaper to read while waiting as well as tv for those who wish. Thankyou Lakeland for a good experience.

service was good, the long standing electrical issue was not solve though, not for lack of ability or parts but due to my consideration of cost on an older and kilometer @ of the vehicle. Repair did not fit common sense. All other work was quick excellent and reasonable on the budget.

Regular upkeep, not hard to rate, its to their advantage to do the job right. Rating is more for the purchase of the vehicle, worst experience EVER. Fifth vehicle purchased from Lakeland Ford....most likely last. Customer service NO, high pressure sales...YES.
