Had a bad experience during Christmas holidays while visiting family in prince albert. Drove 3 hours to get to pa and had no issues with the truck and then out of no where a day later it starts making a grinding noise. So with my truck only having 40000 km on it I took it in to anderson motors. Told me the entire rear diff needed to be replaced and no warrenty because it had a dealer installed 3 inch leveling kit. 3600$ was the bill so first thing I do is call my dealership 3 hours away and they say ya no problem we will fix it, and if you cant make it we will come pick you up with a trailer. Now that is customer service. All anderson did was hand me my keys, a bill for diagnosis, and told me I wont make it far if I try and drive. Not impressed with how they handled the situation.

Very good service. Salesmen very friendly always acknowledge you right when you come through the door or if busy with clients lets you know they will be with you ASAP. Always works to get you the best deal you can afford with your budget and what type of truck fits your lifestyle the best. Next truck will be bought from this dealership with fern Allary! He was the first to great me at the door and is a salesmen that makes you feel as comfortable sitting in his office as he would if you were having a coffee in his home. Wants to know what youll be using your truck for and points you in the right direction. Even worked hard to get me an upgraded truck last year even though it didnt work out for me in the end. Will try again in the near future with fern!

The salesman at Anderson Motors was excellent in every way. I could list all the attributes he showed, but you ask me about any and it would be 10/10. He could not have treated us better. I also let him know this during our interactions. The deal went very smoothly and we were satisfied with the final outcome. Your finance person, Justin, answered all of our questions with patience, politeness and explained all aspects of the deal diligently. We have already had a phone call from Dodge Motors (California) about our buying experience, which was a nice touch. Our answers reflect the content of this letter. Although I never actually stepped foot in Anderson Motors auto body shop, because my wife took care of everything for me, Im very satisfied with the work that took place. I had body work done on my truck and it looks great. They even took it upon themselves to replace my bumper that was under warranty, because it was rusting. They also supplied us with a courtesy vehicle which was greatly appreciated, with four kids and activities every night they would have had to miss out on a lot of stuff while our truck was being repaired. Thanks again for the great service, I will be bringing my truck back there the next time it needs work.

Giving Credit when Credit is due Just a quick note to let you know how I was treated on my recent purchase of a 2012 Dodge Journey. Recently one of our vehicles was totalled. We went to Anderson Motors not sure if we were going to replace the vehicle right away. Our friendly salesman showed us the same type of vehicle that we lost and we just loved it. It even had more features than the vehicle we lost.
