They sit on a reputation forged by DM Batteries for more than fifteen years, which recently decided to withdraw the franchise expert batteries. In addition to unfair competition taking defamed their competitor claiming for example that it is the old batteries expert who moved into their building, the other store no longer exists, etc. the customer service expert in Victoriaville batteries is far from flawless. A big 0 for professionalism and customer service should definitely be improved.
