This does not surprise me at all that the first person wrote as a comment about this Toyota car dealer in question. They are all alone in this city of 131,338 inhabitants and no other Toyota dealership in Trois-Rivières so they do not care much and they do what they veulent.Même after-sales service leaves to be desired. An acquaintance had an appointment with the dealer in question in November and the appointment by the attendant who served us some Mathieu, said it will take 45 minutes for the oil change is completed . Believe it or not, she waited for two hours because some Mathieu who told him it would take 45 minutes did not see his business and it was not her occupied while the appointment of knowledge should be long over. It seems that when the appointment is 45 minutes is 45 minutes right? All that to say that its a bunch of savages. I have never seen that a bad attitude in this way from a car dealership. This lady is a regular customer of Toyota and has already had better from other Toyota car dealerships including two Toyota dealers in Montreal North and Joliette which they have a flawless and impeccable service that their staff are more courteous and helpful and above all more amiable than one Toyota dealership great Trois-Rivières which is totally unacceptable. Pathetic.

On whether it is poor service or simply incompetence ... Its been a month and a half I expect a repair on my car that is still on warranty must be made by a subcontractor, the first, they lost my file, the second time it took me to check with the subcontractor whether they have property transferred the file and to my amazement, they have never received. Then I recalled Toyota and caretaker of the file told me that she emailed it a week ago then that is completely wrong. It took the subcontractor and I put pressure to transfer the file. All this plus the fact that when there is something under the guarantee, they try to charge us time repairs. I do not recommend anyone this dealership, I should go to Honda.

disservice to the sale and repair, liars, slow processing of work and gosseux warranty ... I refer you to anyone !!! Could ever !!! It forces me to pay a dual diagnosis by removing the transmission (3 to 4hrs to $ 97 per hour is the shit), so we found the scrap into the oil at first diagnosis (which I I paid, thats ok). I pay a dual diagnosis to find any room control which are covered by warranty anyway ... Nonnnn Uhhh, I do not pay for dismantling certain that you should have done under the pretext that it is a dual diagnosis and the client pay diagnosis ... !!!!! If you go there for only an oil change or even a reminder "free" youll come out of there with a bill of several hundred dollars. They try to charge you for absolutely everything, even inflate your tires. They will add parts replacements more or less, unwanted to inflate the invoice. PS: English comments are clearly false advertising, the vast majority of the world speak French here.
