I went to the service on two occasions and I got a bad reception Im in another garage now. Although there are no customers in the room, the receptionist will make you wait for all calls before you answer (not put anyone on hold) and if the phone rings while you talk it responds anyway and ends all the call (and after you have to start over because it has forgotten). There are two receptionists but you can only talk to one of them for some reason that escapes me. I have never seen such a poor customer service. Everywhere, when he had guests on site we put the call on hold to answer the customer in front of you. This is the basis of customer service. I get better service elsewhere for less.
