My car gas pump died right next to the garage but I had a spare in my vehicle. I explained to both employees and the situation they lend me laughing pliers. The boss arrived several minutes later and told me that he could change for me against a little money and I refused because I had finished two apart collars that I needed pliers. He sent me off saying: Gives me the pliers and will change your pump criss A & W see if theyll like it. I give him the clamps to not persist and I finished my job. I move my car and Ill go down to the mechanic to thank for the tool and still the boss yells at me silly head. super nice staff, helpful and understanding of the situation but a rude idiot and not quite as annoyed boss. Worse garage / customer service I have ever received from the boss himself.

The 1 star was because I had to !! I excluded the poor mechanic of my publication because it is very different from his boss! Very bad service !!! My buddy paid $ 85 for my self for anything in addition to that cry of a iresptectueux air by comercant because he could not find the bering that fittait on my car and my car was already on its lift. DAfter myself that he had gotten on the wrong foot and it was not enough to be stupid with his employee, he had it on his client romp !! Service disheartening clientel, last visit for us at this garage.

A mechanic took my car and brakes with two or three times to check the brakes. The mechanic comes back and tells me what he found. The boss told me perfect it going to $ 28. I look at him and refuses to pay $ 28 for it is clearly not a service at $ 28. So he told me to take the door and he never wants to see me (not so gently that this message do not worry). human service self-signed jean 23 P.s: I gave him $ 20 ... For he does not go bankrupt.

Really not the right place to buy cars, bad character of the merchant, lose patience easily, relatively high price comparable to the rest of the market, talk about the dealer, cursory inspection cars, not full, inspect elsewhere for some true condition of the car, we can not fier.peu of technical knowledge on the field.
