Wicked waste of time and scam Sale Privilege 18-19- and 20 April 2017 After receiving three calls from Terrebonne Ford and two pamphlets by mail. Terrebonne Ford confirmed to me that I had to present myself as the senior members of Ford was there to offer bigger discounts brief ..... offers not missed. Moreover the sales directerur told me sir we apologize .... yeah I just do it to. And to complete the sales manager told me sir .... wait in July there will be the selling price used Ill probably be able to resume your truck without balounne yeah .... do you really think I will return. Anyway ... this sale is not worth anything was just to attract people. for their vendres anything. be careful and shop your price advances ..... a very dissatisfied customer service I had yesterday.

Accumulation of frustrations! June 22, 2016, I went to "VERIFY" My 2011 Ford Edge LIMITED as a message "check fuel admission" appeared on my dashboard. I asked Mr. Lessard DO REPAIR ANYTHING and let me know how to effect repairs if necessary! After 2 hours of waiting, he met me and said they found the error and was fixed! BILL $ 260 for a valve to change! Back in time On 3 May 2016, I make a request in Terrebonne Ford to be corrected rust begins to take shape on my Edge 2011 even though I made anticorrosive! I sent photos to Mr. Dooney and it also take in with an employee of the service. Tell me they will demand at Ford Canada. Time assumed the answer 1-2 weeks. After a month and a half, I asked Mr. Dooney a follow-up. It checks and realizes that they have forgotten to apply !!! A new request was made June 22, 2016 following their omissions and I still have no response and is 7 July. I had other disappointment I will spare you, but I never advise this dealer. Racing results in the release of June 22 dealer? DISPOSAL OF MY FORD EDGE because of trust broken with the dealer, and my 5-year warranty is over, I doubt the reliability of FORD.

Bought a used car for 24000 cash (without using their credit service) but the seller even that asks me to meet the director credits on the pretext that she has to give me information, documents to sign and not to sell me a credit. Arriving at her office she try by all means to convince me to do business with their credit service applicants me "gifts" of the genre chiseling free (informing me the next day, this company was not even approved by my insurance ...) and other small gifts useless. The trick, as she explained to me is that if I agree to finance the purchase with their credit and that I repay the loan within a month to avoid interest, themselves, a big cash commission on my back ... in return, I received all these little ... unnecessary gifts gifts do not interesting to me, I asked him to share his commission with me ... The service is not up to my expectations ... other dealers offer a shuttle service or lend you a vehicle and sometimes even pick your vehicle to the office leaving you a courtesy vehicle. I was there this spring to repair a hub (4x4) this Ford F150 Lariat 2015 did not work and it took there recently I go back to the same problem ... Whenever I will I wait an average of 3 to 4 hours of time for my vehicle. I am told that is going to call me to explain the problem, it is I who should call. There is a blog on the internet that speaks of the transmission that "wobble" initially when the vehicle is loaded, I have the same problem but we can not do anything ... In comparison, I have a Lexus CT200h and every time I go to the dealer for maintenance, washing the vehicle and filled the washer .... After sales service rotten! Unable to brake before a 2009 ford ranger properly oubliger to go to a small corner garage or they have done a perfect job Contrerement to you! I buy a ford escape 2010 Ford expensive year spend several Terrebonne problem! Transmission, engine flowing oil through the gasket of the timing chain bushing finished here and there its been 1 year i the truck and I put $ 2000 dessu !! I highly recommend !!!! Go to another Ford ford Terrebonne your purchase !! I have mid zero star!

One of the worst dealership, do not be fooled by appearances and even less to good grades, they are almost all false, I thought across an innocent the first time but now I see that they are thick! The service was pleasant and courteous, very nice experience I recommend. The only thing that would be appreciated is that the bench settings be restored to their place of origin, I measure 6 feet so when the mechanical advance my bench I appreciate that the back to avoid banging my head amount in the vehicle.
