After years of holding our truck spent about two months in the garage ... at least fifteen visits ... more check engine, egr valve, transmission, body valve, an appointment package for gogosses. . Finally an engine (the manager told me that those issues all jump into the first 40000 km ... lol thats reassuring when you do ask you into a new ...). more than doubtful service. Concession to avoid. No alternative was offered to remedy the situation ... that is our lemon, so its our fault ...

Always difficult to notice a car dealership. We tend to note the make, in my case Jeep. That would be 5 stars. Or after sales service, in my case it would be 4 stars. Or the price of maintenance, in my case, 3 stars. Or the sale as such. In my case, 2 stars. Or monitoring of the sale. In my case, 1 star (I always expect a small tool and a storage bag for sunroofs six months later). Or the price of the vehicle, in my case 6 stars.

impeccable service! Chrysler was under renovation, I was greeted by parking a very courteous person who guided me to the service. Then I was redirected to the Fiat where a man cheerful waiting customers with great freshly cut fruit plate and muffins, timbits, coffee and bottled water! This is definitely the best customer experience ever had in a dealer! Congratulations to you and thank you again!

Very nice experience, courtesy and no hiding place like Albi or others. Fast delivery of the vehicle as expected and again there, no surprise what had been agreed was respected. Courteous and helpful. By cons make sure you do not place important appointment just after a service call: the call, the counselor said that the work will take "45 minutes at most," while the morning of appointment is advised that the work will take at least 1 hour, 30 mintes ....
