I made a reservation online for a van for a fishing trip with children and in the possession of the vehicle he was no longer available. What is deplorable is that I have not received any call to notify me. The staff on site at the time was a substitute, against me by well serviced with another vehicle (smaller by cons) and seemed sorry for the situation.
