After calling to confirm the availability of a vehicle and after the Montreal road, the vehicle was not available ... However, the representative was my contact and she knew on arrival that the vehicle in question was sold . It was in order to try to sell me another one? In short, very bad experience. Also, the price displayed in the window was $ 2,000 higher than the price indicated on AutoTrader. Hmmm ... A little bandit! :)

They did not credit my $500 deposit upon closing the purchase contract. It was possibly the error of the new salesman (who is no longer there). The error was found months later by my accountant . It was corrected promptly by the financial department. My LEAF is an excellent vehicle.

Disappointed with the used car customer service here. I was promised a full tank of gas as part of the deal but when I picked up my car, not only were the sales representative and manager not there but the gas tank was almost empty. Never received what I was promised.
