Concessionaire to avoid all taken. I had a problem on my new F150 with a "Lock" on my Mags which is broken. I went to Desrosiers for the first time as a customer to repair what was on warranty. Before starting the work I specifically asked the manager of the service to evaluate the situation and he replied that there was no problem that he could repair it. I even specified to pay attention to my Mag not to damage it as they are worth 1000 dollars each. Several hours later I returned to find that he had used a Zip Gun a air (cold scissors). On my Chrome Mag and damaged it. After at least 1 hour of discussion with the service manager, he did not want to hold himself responsible for the damage and guarantee his work. The owner himself came to discuss the problem in a very aggressive and condescending tone. Saying that we were not welcome and that they ordered me my wife and my 5 year old boy to leave the premises without even giving us a proof of the work he had done. (And also damage). I had to call 911 and then talk to the police so that finally he gave me a paper of the work he had done on my new truck. Basically a place without class, without respect, without service. Prorietary lying, aggressive, not worthy of a Ford dealer, I am at my 6th Ford truck and I have never met people arrogant at this point. He broke my truck and subsequently even threatened me.
