The seller and the sales manager have used dishonest sales techniques. They modified the monthly payment to make me believe that extended warranty only cost me $ 3 more per month, in truth it was costing about $ 30 more per month, I realize it when I checked the chevrolet site estimated the payments that were lower than the dealer. When I called the sales manager for canceled purchase it found as the reason they had forgotten to remove the calculation optional life insurance that I had refused, strangely it is registered in the sheet calculation of the contract that life insurance is not included, he offered fixed monthly amount, which I refused, Ill take my car to another dealer. I was really taken for a case from beginning to end, these people are a disgrace to the field of sales.

I bought a used truck (certified GM) at Germain in November 2016. According to their inspection, everything was beautiful. But the vehicle has passed inspection by the SAAQ because the suspension was smashed and there were several other small details. After negotiation, they agreed to repair the suspension. Leaving the garage, the truck leaned from 3in one side. According to their technical advisor, this is normal and even new trucks are often crooked. I took my car to a specialist and the suspension strips had been installed backwards. Germain has not accepted responsibility and therefore lose credibility and I will never do business.
