I must start by saying that we did buy a Subaru Forester in St-Hyacinthe 15 years ago and we were pleased with the entire line of Mr. Lacasse service and team. This criticism applies to our experience of the past weeks. It is time to change our vehicle and our choice stops on Subaru. Therefore, given our pleasant experience in the past, we go to St-Hyacinthe. First visit: Our first interest is to Crosstrek. The person who receives us is friendly. My first question concerns the color, I wonder if new colors are planned for 2017, I dream of a Red! The answer: no. In this case, a 2016 will do. Very satisfied with the test drive, we talk numbers with the seller. We leave happy, having considered all our options for 2016 Crosstrek. Our mathematical thinking leads us to consider the 2017 Forester model. Second visit: The same person receives us. We test drive Forester 2017 and are well satisfied. Again we are discussing figures with the seller and find that offers exactly what Subaru Canada gives as calculation on their website, except for snow tires (which by the way are offered by the vast majority of dealers at the time it of the year). Third visit: I take an appointment with the person who served us until now. Our intention is clearly to make the purchase Forester since 2017 even mentions that she got the color we want, burgundy. Arrived at the rendezvous, we ask to see the vehicle one last time before sitting. The person returns with the key and my husband asked him to accompany us in case we have questions. Then she mentions that the vehicle is in the back yard, just walk around the building and it should be there. cold and rainy evening, we go out with the remote control in search of said vehicle. After a few beeps once we find the vehicle, one of the last of the row. Walking to where it becomes clear to us that, at equal cost to other dealers, our purchase would not happen here. Frankly disappointed with the accueuil received once the person believed the successful sale !! We still take the time to sit down with her and see that indeed it is at equal cost. We leave without signing. That evening, on the internet, I discovered that Subaru fate in the coming weeks edition of Kazan Crosstrek 2017. It is red !!! It is clear that the person did not know his product! Now I can say that we have done us a service with the poor service last minute ... We are, for 1 week, the happy owners of a Crosstrek Kazan, purchased from another Subaru dealer.
