I purchased a vehicle from H. Grégoire ago about 1 month. Unfortunately, after about two weeks, I realized that the vehicle does not suit me (driving, options, etc.). While nothing required them to trade my vehicle, I had the opportunity to be met by three directors of the institution. They have told me of their desire to see me happy and it took more than 2 hours of their time to point me to a new vehicle suited me more. In all honesty, I was really amazed at the quality of service I received because even I, at one time, I was almost intolerable. Anyway, I have not lost one deputy with them. My first car was repaid in full and I love the second vehicle I just bought. I came very close to do business with a competitor in the region, and I can tell you that given the miserable quality of service I have had with them DURING the acquisition process, I do not imagine how I would have been treated AFTER! H. Grégoire trust and count on the full cooperation of their team in case of trouble.
