As a potential new client, Im looking for a new vehicle from Ford. But on the way that the concessionaire meets customer on google, I have some serious questions about the communications department. Whether the customer is right or not, litigation does not resolve on Google. By responding in this way, it does not inspire confidence in the concession ability to resolve a dispute with a customer. Even the answers rather show a position that seems to leave little room for a peaceful resolution. We are rather in the confrontation and thats not good for business. We speak of a satisfaction rate of 98.5%? Prove us on Google as well. Last point, I am very disappointed that a Ford vehicle from another dealership enjoys a very low priority for housekeeping. Is it a policy of Ford or the right? In the contest of globalization if the lease is not able to meet without discrimination to all Ford customers that can receive, be sure customers that turn to other places. We are no longer in the era of horse-drawn carriages when the region was virtually closed to the world. I hope you can use this comment to your advantage.

I do not often leave reviews, and when I left, they have always been positive. Perron Ford is the exception to my rule. Worst service I got from any of Ford dealers, other dealers (for my other cars) or even small garages in the area I could have attended. The service manager who served me did not even know their service plan and loads of extras for what any other dealer commonly done for free. Very rude. You have the choice of dealers in Saguenay, donate some way to avoid this one.

I got a reminder and I had an oil change instead. It is a mistake to work order. Despite the error, I had to pay out of my pocket for a service I did not ask who was not had to before 7000 KM. In addition, they replace the synthetic oil and the quality of filter superior in oil and normal filter. After talking to the manager of the service, I was offered to pay out of my pocket for another oil change. Unacceptable, it is worthwhile to go elsewhere in the region.
