2 stars because the staff is nice, smiling and speaking good. I bought a used Toyota this week. It was agreed with the counselor as polishing had to be done to remove a scratch on the drivers side of the vehicle, and 4 winter tires in good condition should be provided and included in the contract. When I took delivery of the vehicles tires to the former owner who was in the trunk had not been removed (a chance that I looked) scratch was polished 3/4 remained part the rear wing that had not been made. It took me to be careful because the 4 winter tires which mention should be made of the contract was not (he must control the Ben wait to see ...). To scratching I went met the Director of Sales of used vehicles mentioned my dissatisfaction to him and he said politely remind my consultant to take appointments while taking a call on the cellular and talking minutes with another employee who was passing. He has not thought one minute that it could itself take my coordinated to transmit his advisor .... Etk they offer a free brake pad service life and oil change for $ 24.95 to my car, I certainly do not go there otherwise I would have to monitor the repair so they forget nothing. A philosophy and / or quality control training is greatly needed for these young guns who think only sale.

During the visit, the purchase and possession of the used car, a good hour wait each time. Vehicle comes with a leak we were reassured of a simple overflow, but that was actually a dare leaking of Prestone and in fact, did the rust protective plate under the car. The day after the Prestone was under the line of "low". Yet the full inspection was made. Then asked if it was seen and if so, why not repaired. Then we are informed that you do not fix what is found during the inspection, the judge sales department what should be done or not. It is illegal to sell a tuck defective car in full knowledge, especially from a reputable dealer, it hurt parrait. The reception is excellent .......... many services available to accommodate guests: driver to take us at work or at home, lunch counter on site with free coffee, tv room, wifi, dining fun for children. The staff of the service is professional and is available to provide explanations on the details of our invoice if desired. Personally I å the garage for several years and always gave me good advice for the maintenance of my car. They are reliable in my experience.

Very bad we buy Higlander there have 1year and we have problems with the vehicle he no longer works today Jan. 3. When you buy a vehicle you trust the dealer have already have had to go to change a room and there are is down with that it no longer .so on if you want to buy a vehicle of this brand before you learn because it is expensive

It make take you a courtesy car while they watch your car for 15-20 minutes directly after you came to wear it. My car was very snowy and then they remake me me an appointment scheduler and tell you if you want another courtesy car ca cost you $ 30 because not have to dismantle 75 tank on the back !!! There are scooped their customers for their incompetence !!!!

Thats good, nice atmosphere, waiting room with personal TV and Wi-Fi, coffee is offered to us. snack counter inside. Unfortunately, the hours are quite restricted. Its pretty hard to go shopping for tires. For that, I prefer garages open 7 days.

Poor service. Give us your money and get the fuck camp !!! I rented a Camry rust everywhere. I met the dealer 6 times and they made things drag until the vehicle is out of warranty. Then, "we can not do anything, thats your problem now."
