Until recently, I had always had good service from the dealer. By cons, we realize the quality of service when a major problem occurs. In September, I had a transmission problem. My car is still on warranty, but when I went for repair, technical advisor advised me that the transmission oil on my oil change (at my hotel) was not good. So I went back to my hotel that made me noticed that oil was shown on the work order as the right was actually for an automatic transmission rather CVT. The oil that had put in my transmission was so good. So I went back a second time at a concessionaire and when they called me to follow up, they told me that the oil that had been was not the right brand (Eneos) and I had specifically put the Diaqueen. So I mentioned to them that under the law of the consumer protection office, a manufacturer can not require a specific oil unless he provides it free. So they made other checks with the manufacturer and the new argument not to replace my transmission was the oil that had been had not the same specifications as the one he recommended. I have also added several mechanics and specialists transmimssion, I consulted told me do not understand why they refused to honor my warranty for such reasons, but it was not the first time they heard one such story. In addition, the oil manufacturers site, my vehicle is specified as compatible with their product. The final point I have added is that the adviser asked me (on my first visit) so I planned to change the car because he could buy me mine. What I find a bit odd in the context of faulty transmission ... The concessionaire and Mitsubishi Canada have passed the buck since the beginning of my story and now my options become rather thin. Mitsubishi has a great guarantee on paper, but in reality when it comes time to pay, it is definitly not up in my personal experience.

very ordinary home, it took hold a seller to get answer, yet we wanted to buy a new vehicle that evening, the last day of the month !! It makes us waste our time when the pseudo negotiations, the seller returns bosss office with a ridiculous monthly discount. My wife was really undecided between Outlander and Sorento, but leaned more to the warranty Mitsubishi. After 30 minutes at the pros and cons out, we were convinced by the seller of the franchise (I think it was even named! Last and penultimate office right at the back of showroom). When we are back to tell us to go to the large Cap Health Prize, Mr. seller and his boss was suddenly available to us given a discount of $ 38 per month! ($ 2500!) So they refused our proposal to lower the price of $ 8 / month !! And we were ready to pay CASH or pay the same evening! After the lemon Outlander 2010, it was 2 in 2 strike for Mitsubishi, so we bought a 2017 Sorento at 20:50 on July 31;)

Already have rust problems on an RVR 2014. They have been denying us for months for repair. The manager of the service tells us that he takes care of it personally but still no news despite calls and visits to find out where they are with our file. Excellent customer service when they offer us a thousand things to change on your car. But when you have a problem with (even when it is still under warranty) and well there, pu new and pu person to help you.
