Positive: The staff is courteous and has a sense of humor. Negative: Everything else !! We have dealt with the service department to repair our vehicle which had a "barrier" problem with a door. We took the opportunity to change the tires and change the oil. As it is the season of tire changes, we were told to leave our vehicle for the day. A nice trainer made his way to the house. (He is the courteous staff and has the sense of humor.) At the end of the day, we drive back so that I can recover my vehicle. Not only was it not ready, so I wait 2 more hours and I find that it is not repaired and that the SHAKE steering wheel as it is not possible. So I take a 2nd appointment to repair the "dam" of my door AND the new problem of shakage. At the second appointment, I leave my vehicle for the day. At my perfect return, no more shakage, BUT they forgot to repair my door. Thank you for cleaning my tires but that will not be enough. Thank you
