WORST SERVICE CAR WASH LIFETIME .... AVOID! **** WARNING *** There are two weeks following promotion on Tuango, I went to wash my car (Civic Si 2012 in perfect condition) at Carwash Lake whose owner is called Pascal Martin. I had to pay $ 150.00 for a complete refurbishment. In addition to a bad work made several breaks were noted: Benches front and rear still very dirty inside and unwashed windows, carpet badly washed, inside and bottom of unwashed door, headlight polishing hurt, be careful as this is not a refurbishment, you are charged $ 25.00 just to keep the polish on your headlights in court ..... he instructed me to wash my interior carpet while my carpet was already clean, no Aquapel as promised, the work was supposed to take 2.5 hours as chat with Pascal Martin on the phone and it just take 1 hour. One of his employees Maxime boasted of being able to make a complete refurbishment alone in 1 hour .... Congratulations Champion ... The Worst .... it is not that really the worst is my car was damaged in several places ... I can not reveal everything here because I made the decision to hang Pascal Martin to court but there is approximately $ 2500.00 damage to my vehicle ... J I tried to reach Pascal Martin repeatedly unanswered, I also found out there and it was not there, so I texted him and explained the situation ... he said verbatim: Call Maxime (The employee who made my refurbishment) and you arrange with him. I have nothing to do with that. I really should have informed me of this car wash before going there because after seeing how this man tries to wash its hands, I went to see the comments of his business on Google in the search I typed: Car Wash Lake Notice and thats when I saw bad reviews 8 of 8 and when I say bad. .. one should always inform on the internet before doing business with a business we do not know. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I tried to talk to someone, but I never succeeded. So I brought on site for the non-appointment, but there was obviously more space. But I come from the south shore and I wish I could talk to someone on the phone to save me a trip for nothing. I then spoke to the owner or manager, a Pascal. An arrogant man, contemptuous, who always thinks to be right about everything. I spoke to him calmly, simply advising him some adjustments to improve the customer service that seems to me more than deficient, but M. was VERY stupid, a real "pig head". He almost hung up. LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM FLAGRANTE. I highly recommend this place !!!!!!!! *** Special Mention to the employee who greeted me and I strongly advise to make a complaint. Unbelievable!! The worst customer service I have received in my entire life. First of all, I was not able to speak to anyone to make an appointment, because the mailbox is always full and / or the receptionist just does not bother to answer (I try to make an appointment, Call every day for 10 days). So I made the decision to introduce myself on the spot to take rdv, because they had to be in the "rush" of spring. I meet 6 employees on site. I ask for their availability to have my vehicle washed. Instead of taking 2 minutes of their time to book my rdv (ah yes and by the way, I introduced myself at the opening, to disturb as little as possible), I am told that it is not in their job description , That the appointments are made on the phone that it is "not their problem if nobody answers me." Moral of this story: it is useless to buy their coupon Tuango, because you will not have rdv any A $ 35 which will have served as a lesson to me and which, I hope, will make some people think about what attracts this company!

I bought a coupon on Tuango for a wash inside, outside, I was set an appointment (June 30). I had an unexpected job and I could not go. I called at the end of the day (June 30) telling them I could not get there. I left the message in the mailbox. I was reminded and told that the landlord would call me between 6 pm and 8 pm and that he would decide whether or not he would accept me. I never received a call from him. The coupon said we had to call 24 hours in advance to cancel the appointment or we would lose our coupon. What I did not like is that I went directly to the garage, explaining to him the reason that I could not go to my appointment and the owner did not have the least empathy, no flexibility. You did not come to your appointment and you lose your coupon. So if thats the customer service that he gives, well, Im sure that with the way I was received, I can not refer him to anyone around me. After trying repeatedly to reach by phone, I stopped passing directly. I would recommend PERSON. My vehicle is completely income mast! They literally sanded the paint while they were performing a "paint decontamination".
