This dealer is the worst dealership Ive never seen before. Among all brands !! I bought 2 vehicles the bottom. The first time a rental, it took three weeks to have my car. Menteries over falsehoods. I let them have a second chance I went back there a half months, it still took a long time before having again Menteries of stuff. The seller promised me he witnessed rachetais my lease and mileage. We had an agreement that he paid for a graffigne on a bumper and tires to 3/32. It was signed as such. I left with my new car not less than three weeks and 2:30 waiting in the hall later. 10 days later I get a bill from vw Canada as what I need $ 1,900. Charging me the mileage, tires etc ... the seller remember after 3 days, saying he was paying the tires but the mileage was up to me to pay he gave me enough. All the time I was waiting for my car, 3 weeks, I drove as usual and I had told him and his response was that it did not matter that he occupied and it does was not serious. A beautiful short crosser ... if you want a volks it fall very good cars butll see in Levis or ... Charlesbourg resident on the south bank I was at victoriaville and st-georges. Much better ... be warned!

For a new car / guarantee I guess its like any retailer. My experience of 05/24/2017. We buy new tires to the dealer that you did ask / + swing alignment on site and a check-up suspension due to noise / feeling handling. The Car (Golf mk6 wagon) was purchased from them but can not be guaranteed. Following the call of the service tech who said that the rack in a game and must replace the part as it is not possible to make alignment, nothing else on the suspension. Rack = $ 1800 + job + tax. The car to 130k. We asked if there was a test of fact on the vehicle? No . So we request a make and let the vehicle one more day. The next day same story, its really the rack. We refuse the job and assume that the Test was not done. We leave and feel tjrs a game vs. the handling. We are bringing to our trusted garage. Diagnosis = link kit before finished right, $ 140 pr Job and no sound suspect after the test drive woaw pleased to save 2k. Very disappointing experience as we love volks, of trust broken in Laval Vw.

Seller good service, my provided courtesy for 2 months even if quick reminder not quick, on the other hand customer service and rotten mechanics We call for an oil change for the first time and charge us $ 220, after we explains that it is because it make checks .... check that any garage made for 39.99 passing So that the next morning I start my vehicle as the pressure sensor tells me that my pressures are not good That the prestone light alum And that the light of oil alum !! Wow super check GARAGE TO AVOID !!

I bought a Passat CC used in Laval VW following my rental return of my Jetta. I was served by Louis-Gabriel and Ronald when my purchase and I both have given good service. The rest of the staff were smiling and we feel kindly welcomed during our visits. I had a small problem with the car and the service staff and the Director of Sales Used Alexander responded very well to me. Do not believe the bad reviews, I suggest you go see yourself, you will be well received

This is the worst experience I have lived in all my life. Worse than the year I lost a leg at the same time to learn that I had leukemia. I waited 3h30 sitting on a wooden chair that was hurting me and I could not even drink water or get up. Also, when I wanted to talk to a salesman, he bullied me because I have curly hair (following my leukemia ...). Finally, there is a smell of carrion that reigns throughout the property. I do not recommend anyone.

I enter the showroom. Sellers talk to each other but does not care about me. I wait 5 minutes and still no one to meet me. Torque between sellers and rushes to meet them ... but still no one comes to me. I go out. I vindrai more here and I do not recommend it to friends. I came because I was really interested in one of the cars in the yard.

The worst customer service Ive seen. They told me one thing and its opposite, my brakes are in excellent condition when doing the inspection to sell me the car and a month later he would change. After demanding to see the report, they said that 51% of wear is excellent and only 49% wear it to change. No matter what, we laugh customers.

Good service, friendly but cheap. Comparing the service to that of lexus, lexus never leave you from the dealer with an empty tank on a new car. In Laval by cons, it is common for them to put you just enough gas for that you make yourself you at the gas station.

Laval Volkswagen, terrible service. Je recommende fortement Rinfret et Langlois Volkswagen. (Jai conduis des Volks pendant les 19 dernières années.) On another note, as of July 8, 2017, Id like to add that if you are right now looking for to buy a NEW car, dont buy the brand Volkswagen - buy a TESLA. (Tesla Model 3 starts at $35,000.)
