Let me share you my experience at Kia Ste-Foy. I first had a first contact Mr. Maxime Chabot, Web agent Kia Ste-Foy following a request from me to the website automatix.ca. After some discussions with Maxime, he offered me the opportunity to take one of their new car for almost 24 hours in order to try the product with my family in my daily lifestyle. On return of the vehicle, I met Martin Berard, a special advisor who was able to introduce me several options and help me choose a vehicle in my image and my budget. M. Bérard was able to be patient and courteous. This is an advisor who listens demonstrating unparalleled transparency. Following our agreement, I met Ms. Émilie Tremblay was able to offer me all the options following the purchase of my vehicle with flying colors! She clearly explained in simple language, all the products offered by Kia. I finally took possession of the vehicle, less than 24 hours later with Eric Ferland, courteous and smiling being who took the time to explain the administrative suite and the proper functioning of my vehicle. First, I am sure many people have had a lot better than mine service. The staff is friendly and the premises of the dealer really beautiful. Unfortunately, my dealer did not seem familiar with the products I had not seen the car before taking possession. When I went to get my car, some of the options that had me listed were not on the car. The person who took care of me at the time of delivery of the vehicle, Philippe, was understanding and human, unlike my seller that made me threats cancellation fee to scare me and make its sale. Im really disappointed with my experience at the beginning everything seemed complicated. As other people mention in their reviews the selling technique is strange, clearly under pressure and the place to detail the price of the car, we made an offer in our "budget". Finally, I returned to the dealer to fix the price of the car because it was a mistake, the price was about $ 50 less per month. I also turned a wheel with which I won $ 250, I could not use because protection offers are really expensive. Its a shame because I love Kia products.

Worst experience of my live. I made an appointment and book a shuttle to pick me up and finding I did not have to shuttle it took me to organize myself and when I got to the garage my car was not repaired it had not even touched and he had all day. Their answer no time and I had an appointment. He should have told me it will pass you a vehicle and your vehicle will be ready tomorrow and against this time well wash your car. Instead the service manager told me to give him another chance and come back the next week and he would give me the service I should have had and that it was going to wash my car. So this is what I have done I have to give another chance. Conclusion it did just a repair on 2 asked, I still have not managed to get someone to pick me up and he has not washed my car phew. A chance that they said we take care of you ........... the worst is to call and ask to speak to the service I had to call 5 times and wait 50 minutes total before managing to speak with a person in the service.

I went one evening last week with my wife to see for a car. she wanted to know how she auraitpour his car .. she wanted to make a gift to buy another car is auto..son kia. the seller said that ca took 1 hour minimum 1hour 30 to lauto of the audit and was 8hpm. then discussing we decide to come back tomorrow because it is late for us .. suite has ca he said anyway My auditors gone .... he contradicts himself ... and ask the moin desseyer lauto quon seen esseyer. the .. they told us that he didnt keys .... have ever returned .. this is not strong ... he had the air of a honest man ... but a liar .... Kia unfortunately bcp has bad score .. CETS no coincidence if the boss read this .. it pe should think a bit about reviewing their way dagir the public .. read more comments. and with time their clientele decline has continued these comments .... so i hope its going to change .. we tans to feel like idiots because you dealerships !!!

On 19 August 2016, we bought a car as well as a map Cpo guarantee scheme whose expiry date is August 19, 2017. Excellent service received from my seller Frédéric Caron for the purchase of an SX-T Sorento 2017. Helped me to experiment with different vehicles and knew the differences between options models. The relationship of trust is established quickly. He went above and beyond to make sure my car is ready in just 1 business day as orally agreed at the time of purchase (with another seller). First visit, the seller insists to sell us the model he has in court instead of selling us what we really need. Even after I explained three times, he insists ... Anyway, after buying our Kia MOREOVER, I wanted to do business with their service for keeps: the first words of the customer service guy was, "He just not around here that tank there "... yet it is a kia 2016, he work for a Kia dealer ... what a beautiful home !!! A simple hello could do the trick. I put a star to say it is well located.
