Damage to offer additional guarantees on the rental car but did not provide additional services if related. I rented a new Civic in 2014, winter 2016 battery is difficult to start the vehicle and eventually let me go 1 week later. HONEST OPINION OF A NORMAL CUSTOMER A big thank you to Jérôme Brindamour, who is there since I bought my 2008 Honda Fit in July 2015. Unlike other dealers in Quebec (including one that I will not name), with my situation newcomer in Quebec, which knows nothing about Canadian vehicles and the market, Honda of the capital, and Jerome, have never tried to rip me off. Also, the customer is satisfied, even after the purchase of the vehicle. Each visit (tires, oil control ...) is done professionally, and usually without charge or it is justified (grilled light). We do not play with idiots like other dealers in Quebec or South Shore, scratching of labor costs out left and right, even if parts are under warranty. Its not playing classic "your new brakes are ultra worn for my taste so I put you new without your notice and you have to pay." I plan in the future to buy a Fiat or Nissan, and it will probably still at Honda of the capital that I will do my purchase. Twice, I tried to make an appointment with a Honda dealer in Quebec City, because its closer to home. Every time I have trouble getting an appointment, I paid an extended warranty and its complicated, we do not try to help with my windscreen warranty since I have to buy My car in a dealership in Trois-Rivieres ... its not nice. Since I took the chance to call at Honda de la Capitale, I have appointments quickly, we take my file in charge, I am called 5 minutes later and everything is settled and above all, people At the end of the son are sympathetic. I bought a $ 6,000 Used Car at Honda de la Capitale and was served as if I was buying a car of the year! :) They took care to make sure that my car was in perfect condition before selling it to me. They cleaned the interior of the car perfectly (bonus: new carpets) The exterior was washed / waxed. Even the engine was all clean! They changed my brakes, motor oil, pollen filter, batteries in my 2 smart keys ... In short, I loved my experience at Honda de la Capitale! :) The staff were very welcoming !! (I even received beautiful flowers when I left!)) Thanks again!

Its been two times I want to buy a vehicle from Honda in the capital but every time I buy at Lallier Honda because I do not like their rude and arrogant salespeople. They have sold over 1 Pilot 2016 if the sellers were polite. I set foot the bottom. I had a better experience at lallier and even in frank and Michel.

Bought a used car "certified" in HDLC ... more camouflaged defects and after sales service in bad faith. Purchased a set of tires and a tire mounted upside + badly balanced wheels. Never HDLC.
