********** TO READ ********** I bought my first new car Ford auto collection and its really a lousy service. On the sales side, everything has been great. I had great service from my seller. At the service level, it is completely the opposite. I had a lack of paint in 2 places on the hood before I took possession of the car and it was supposed to be made on delivery. It was not and they installed my firewall stone over the repair to be made. I still takes possession of the vehicle and I took an appointment for repairs. The day after my appointment, I have a missed call from the dealer. I have no message. I remember and I wait in line for 1:15 unanswered. I hang up and I decide that Im going, because I imagine that my car is ready. Ill get it and when I arrive where my car, the repair is made half, the front stone is still put on a sea of repair ** and my bumper is graffigné while he was not . I go into the garage and I said that their situation is unacceptable. I said to the evening service manager I want a free oil change when something because I have moved nothing. He replied that he was crazy !! I finally go. The next day I called the service manager and he said he can not really do more for me because they have already installed 3 rockfall on my car and its worth $ 300. I explain that its not my fault that their job was not done before reinstalling. That evening, Ill get back my vehicle and Ill see the sales manager because I wanted to return the car with a 30 day satisfaction. I explained my situation and eventually he offered me 3 oil changes and an internal laundry and complete exterior. (At least ...) I Fulle the gas tank of the courtesy vehicle the day before, because it is an obligation, but the second night I left 3/4 for viraillage they m have done do. The sales manager told me it is ok. 2 days later, I see past a payment of $ 20 to my credit card. Ben cali ** they went tinquer the car and they took it on my card. Fac there I expect a check that I have to pick myself (still viraillage), but I can promise you that my warranty maintenance will not happen this dealer !!!!

I am a proud owner of a 2016 F150 bought this concession there soon 10 months. My shopping experience with Samuel Grégoire was perfect and very pleasant. In terms of service, I asked a few questions through their website, never got an answer, I decided to restart the phone by taking the trouble to call off the peak hours but the service the service person answered me to get rid of me as quickly. I work myself -even in customer service and I found this very unpleasant person. I am a customer who does everything to the dealer, warranty work and no guarantee and I have no problem paying but I decided to go for all my interviews in another concession because my money is good everywhere. I 24 000 KM ride with my truck, 3 bed-oil and a small patch under warranty and I have a service of choice. I do not know if its because that Auto Collection is too big but I have never experienced such a situation before and I have about 8 new cars purchased, this is a first. My customer took the time to purchase about Friday night a few hours and its over there. I went elsewhere.

Me too, I wanted a Raptor 2017 at Auto-collection in Vanier they answered me not down $ 110,000.00 and the Lariat too expensive or not negotiable. I bought 4 vehicles at this Ford dealership in Vanier and I experienced Ford Ange-Gardien, and I am very satisfied, I have nothing to say from any point of view Sale, financing, takeover, ultra professional and courteous staff. Now I drive with a beautiful fully equipped F-150 Lariat 2016, worth $ 70,000.00 and they made me a nice discount of $ 17,000.00, so I paid $ 53,000.00, go for a ride at Ford at L Ange-Gardien and you will see, they will not let you go without you being satisfied with your purchase. I liked my experience at LAnge-Gardien and its finished for me at Auto-collection in Vanier.
