The staff were arrogant and especially not listening to the guests. They told me that the maintenance of the vehicle would take two and a half hours and finally the maintenance lasted 5 hours to make an oil change and install the winter tires. No one came to advise me of the delay given that I was waiting on site and the service was shut when I finally got my vehicle. The person who handed me my bill did not know anything about mechanics and was not in a position to answer my questions. He offered me a technician call me and says technician never call back. Eventually my wife called at the front desk and wanted to know if I was still in the garage because my cell had run out of battery, the receptionist said she could not help. The thing that is fun with it is that the place where guests wait for their vehicle is right in front of the receptionists desk. So my partner had to call 5 times and get upset for the receptionist to do her job which is to serve customers. Ill stop it because I could go on. Ps: Your waiting room is superb and its pretty cool to have bottled water that has the logo on the dealership but I suggest that you give more training to employees on the importance of customer service. Definitely the worst service I have had in my life.

When I bought my BMW X3, it was certified #BMW. After a few months I had several mechanical and electronic problems. Worst service life! end of warranty inspection is of anything! he just want to have your chariot for cheap and sell you an entry-level bait! He thinks any permit because it is the monopoly QC but I hope it will be someone who will open a BMW St Nic. I advise you to go to LAVAL at least you do not laugh at you the bottom and you have real service!

Seems to me as though BMW does not care about their clients. A friend of mine who by the way has had a number of BMW cars over the years and also his wife drives a BMW recently went to the service department requesting service information on his latest BMW purchase where as they would not comply with his simple request. For this I give BMW the failing grade of 1 out of 5. You spend so much money to by their cars yet Simple requests are refused and you are left on you own. SHAME ON YOU BMW TO TREAT YOU CLIENTS IN THIS MATTER POOR CLIENT SERVICES .

Bought a used unit from this dealer a few weeks back. Great service, very patient in responding to various questions and requests for additional details on the car. Arranged for delivery out of province, very accommodating. Hit one bump at the end of the deal, and they made good on their promise to deal with it. Would gladly recommend them for a purchase, and would gladly buy from them again. Highly recommend.
