Avoid every time, I confirm! ! ! 16H after delivery, which took place in a poorly lit parking lot, I noticed a lump on my roof! The seller told me to send in Car-Expert to assess the damage but its manager refused to receive the evaluation ... I wrote to Honda Canada and Honda Villeneuve entire management team. Honda Canada is washing hands and Honda Villeneuve NEVER responds to my emails and my mouth is crazy ... the sale is made thats it. Talk about a VERY bad customer service !!! Honda Canada wonder evaluation (3rd day of lost it !!!) and I send to Honda and 0 Villeneuve back from them. Damage estimated at $ 675. Dealer strongly discouraged! ! !

I am totally satisfied with the Honda Villeneuve Joliette dealership. They have met all my expectations and more. They helped me tremendously after a road accident with a vehicle buy elsewhere and a credit records that I did not understand anything about .. now I have a super nice new car and so economical that I do not believe my eyes . When it comes to making my payment I am super glad to do it just in fuel economy my payment in vaux definitely worth it. This is the most reliable car Ive had in my life.
