Dealer had the Mazda I was looking for, but it was far away so much communication by email and phone. I specifically emailed whether there was any damage, scratches or dents on the interior or exterior of the vehicle and was told "it is perfect, like new". So we agree to drive the 3 hrs to pick it up and close the deal after giving deposit. Specifically asked to have the car clean, and in an indoors location to inspect when we get there. Arrive, and car is dirty because they mistook another Ontario resident as me and went for a test drive. My God, did you not even ask for id or a name? How unprofessional to make that mistake. Literally, the car was coming back from the test drive as we were walking into the dealer. So, I was asked to look at it there, dirty, outside in the slush and snow. Looked good, test drove good, so we proceeded inside to complete the paperwork. Well, get home, and find significant scrapes under front bumper lip that can be seen if you get on hands and knees. At first, their response was that car was good deal and it doesnt affect the car operability. Who cares!! I paid for a car that was supposedly "perfect, like new" and it wasnt. Furthermore, they later shared the invoice from the service department for the work they did to Certify Pre-own the car, and sure enough, that invoice clearly noted the damage to the front bumper!!! So the dealer was aware of the damage when I purchased the car but did not inform me!!! Essentially, they negotiated in BAD FAITH!!! So after getting Mazda CAnada involved, which of course, is unhelpful and simply takes a hands off approach, the dealer offered to fix if I brought the car there. Yeah right!!! So they want 2 people to drive 3 hours there with the Mazda and a 2nd car to drop it off, then 3 hours back. Then drive again 3 hours with one car and 2 people to pick it up after being repaired, and drive back with both cars. That is 2 days of lost work for TWO PEOPLE given the dealer is not open on weekends!!! Yes, sounds like they are being cooperative, but they know that it is a false offer because it is too much hassle and would cost me too much in time and gas to take them up on it. And they want me to incur all these costs after all the documentation CLEARLY shows that they are at fault and misrepresented the vehicle condition. I was willing to take partial compensation based on an estimate to repair I received locally so I could have it repaired myself and cover part of the costs, and I offered to take to local Mazda dealer and they could sort it out directly. But of course, they dont want to pay a dime, so they stand firm, because they know how much it would cost me in lost work, gas for 2 vehicles etc....essentially making it not worth the trip. You draw your own conclusions on whether its worth risking a purchase with this dealer.

I answered an ad this summer for a 2012 Mazda Miata Mazda Joliette, I bought as a birthday gift for my wife. Imagine my disappointment when I learned that the car they sold us was not the same model who appeared in the ad! When we preview of the error, we advised the Director of Sales. Even with the supporting evidence (copy of the ad, recorded conversations, pictures), they refused to compensate us or take the car. We are now forced to start legal proceedings to remedy the problem. We have never experienced such a nightmare, and well never buy another Mazda!

Excellent service, excellent prices. The staff is really listening to customers. I was tried a few other places and I would recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation! I just lease a new Mazda 3 sport and everything is really well. My budget was respected and any requests I made also and all this in a very reasonable time. I even had rights to a courtesy vehicle toll the time my new vehicle is ready. A huge thank you to all the staff and especially my seller Sébastien Méthot.

Good team of sales and support, by funding against Service (Canadian Dealer) is really rotten. I am aware that this is not the dealer who is at fault, but I never redeem Mazda of my life, for the financing service me create serious problem. In short, 6 months to solve a problem, fictitious amounts and non-verifiable, no communication between employees and ultimately arrogant and aggressive employees. In short, Mazda will change finance company before I again become client.

Horrible after sale! Empty promises! By far the absolute worst experience with a dealer in my life!!! Once the paperwork was signed and financing was approved on our used car purchase, we discovered that the "extended warranty" that the Mazda sales person clearly stated was still good, was in fact EXPIRED according to our Audi dealer when we took the car in for our check-up! And with repeated calls and promises, the sales person at Mazda made promises to make us happy. Adding that it was Audis fault for misinforming them when they received the car, and then have the nerve to tell me and my husband that we misunderstood them! Even after them promising us they will offer us a Mazda warranty at a great price for the mess-up, they still do not get back to us after repeated follow-ups. When we contacted their Sales Director, he claimed that the sale was complete and the file "closed".

Very good service. The people at Mazda Joliette are above all courteous, attentive to the customer and offer a service of mechanics of very high quality. He does not do any work without the clients consent and advises very clearly when there is a risk of damage to the vehicle.
