Despite all the negative reviews that can be found on this rental agency, our experience was totally different. We were very well received, the staff always went out of their way to find us an arrangement (need a larger car for a stay in New York and return to the airport with our luggage). The cost was correct for a rental at this time of year !!! No surprises of extra charges or taxes. It seems normal to return the car with a full tank of gas since we received it with the tank full. The agency has different ranges of car, all in very good working condition. We recommend this agency rue St Antoine in Montreal

I rented via Expedia and the address was in Guy Street, but when I arrived there it said they relocated to Drummond Street. I had to run like a lunatic to this new address because otherwise I would be late for my appointment. The reservation should clearly state this situation. Even when I got the keys to the car, the instructions were wrong and the car was not in the place indicated. I had to go through different parking floors to find it, it was just ridiculous. Returning was a little bit better because its just a deposit box you throw your rental agreement and keys. Actually they require you to fill how many kilometers the car is currently at, time, date and how much gas the car still have left. This was kinda annoying because I didnt have a pen with me. I also rented without any coverage and did not need to use it, but overall I would probably not rent with them again. Very different experience from another one I had in Australia.

Unbelievably bad service. I made a reservation for a car on Easter and received an e-mail confirmation. When I got there to pick it up they told me that no cars were available and I could put my name and phone number on a list. I was third in line! After hanging around for more than an hour I decided to cancel. They called me 3 hours later that my car was ready for pick-up. The guy behind the reception didnt even understand that this wasnt no

No problem with this agency. They have places reserved underground accessible 24h / 24 to make the tank when the agency is closed (safe is to deposit the secure way keys) practice.

There was no car available, even though I had made a reservation a few weeks prior. They then told me I could have this GIGANTIC van instead. Bigger is not always better, especially when you are heading to a hard to park area. Also not to mention how much more it would be for gas. One of the employees ended up driving me to Hertz, while talking on his cellphone. Will not rent from them again.

very friendly, the fastest service maybe ever at one of their locations in NA, and the location is pretty convenient if you are staying at one of the many hotels around there Just make sure you pick the right location since they have a second one in a different area of Montreal

Reserved 4 weeks in advance...went the day before to make sure they still had a car available for me. Got a call the next day, 4 hours before my reservation was due, to say they had no more car for me. Tried to get an explanation and the guy hung up on me.

Friendly staff but can be a long wait. Friendly staff but not able to handle more than 2 customers at one time so the line backs up quickly. I recommend this place for anyone not in a rush and is coming from nearby.
