Ive had mixed quality with them. They once ordered me the wrong tire, and I ended up having my summer tires on when an officer was checking to see if I had winter tires on, and I got a ticket. They couldnt do anything for it. Then, when I got the tire from them, it was a generic brand, and not the brand that matched my tires. They then said I had to match so they ordered anouther tire, of the generi brand, and well.. Im using two 500$ tires and two 300$ tires on my car now. The cheap tires later in the year started to rip up and fall apart (How, I have no friggin idea..) but pieces of the rubber was falling off all over. ANYWAYS, A YEAR LATER STILL WAITING ON WARRANTY OR THEM, HAVE NOT RECEIVE ANY WORD BACK YET. They apparantly sent them to the manufacturer to validate warranty/replacement etc, and told me it would take a while. They promised me a discount on the next set of tires. Which was bullshit. They seemed to have forgotten that promise. Now, when I go to midas, I take the service guys aside, and bribe then 40$ to get me parts for cheaper, or give me an oil change for half the cost, or brakes for 200$ off.. I just could not care less about doing service with them over the counter. Too expensive and no warranty/garuntee. So if your wondering why the legit people are waiting too long for service, its because people like me are bribing the employees on the side to get thier work done cheaper and faster. Have a nice day. Stupid shop should be open sundays too.

You could not imagine the number of problems I have had with this Midas. Im never going back, they are giving Midas a bad reputation. Twice I went for an oil change and to put on my new tires and both times they forgot my oil change but still charged me. Then I called back to make an appointment for the oil change and left the car the next morning and went to work by bus. They said they were very sorry and that my car would be ready when I come back several hours later but guess what, it still wasnt ready and I had to wait an extra hour !

Terrible service, terrible personnel! I went for a tire change, they threw the old ones on the back seat with no Ba, forgot to put the spacers back and on top of that, THEY complained about having to lift the car again to put the spacers they forgot on the ground!
