Ive dealt with a few different aftermarket parts dealers for my mazda FDS3, and two lancer evolution Xs (MR and Final Edition)... ive made countless purchases from DSG during this time, and theyre now my only source for my EVO X FE and my wifes EVO X MR... Ive purchased a number of items, even rarities from Japan directly, as my build requirements are very specific... Exceptional ability to find and acquire parts not listed on their website... and they 100% go above and beyond when it comes to customer service... tips and advice, assistance, casual talk... 100% front-to-back, theyre the best aftermarket dealer Ive dealt with since i first started with my FDS3... well knowledged.. fast response time... fast shipping... great communication... great pricing... couldnt possibly say anything better about an organization. DSG is #1 in my opinion... ive purchased air intake boxes, spark plugs and oil filters, intercooler and bypass valve piping, exhaust piping, cobb accessport... upper and lower front bumper canards... the list goes on and on and continues to grow constantly... were serious about our builds, and were talking for two vehicles, not just one. Ive got experience with the competitors... theres no point going elsewhere...

I ordered an Evo X pillar from them last year, but due to a supply issue from their manufacturer, they were not able to fulfill my order in the timeframe advertised on their website. This would usually be a really bad experience, but they were transparent and honest during the whole process. They werent able to give me an ETA for when I could expect the pillar, as they had the next ones coming off the production line going to customers that had problems with theirs. Therefore they offered me a refund on the product. Theyve since pulled the pillar from the website. In my opinion, DSG did everything within their power to get these pillars into their customers hands. They went above and beyond and I cant fault them at all. Will buy from them again.

My dealing with DSG was perfect. I dealt directly with Jason we had constant communication about my order and the tracking. I did place a fairly big order , the pricing and shipping were very reasonable , not to mention they took care of every little detail so there was no surprise charges once the product showed up at the door. Not to mention they made the effort to get me the color I wanted for my wheel which was not a color offered on the specific wheel I wanted , also they were able to supply me with other products not listed on there website making it very convenient as I only had to deal with one company. With all that said Im already working on my next order and I will be using DSG for all the parts I need for my Evo FE.

I ordered a dual A pillar pod for my Evo X. At the time they were on back order and I had no problem waiting. But as time progressed with out hearing any word, I finally emailed them. What was their response? "Thanks for reaching out, and we completely understand and thank you very much for your patience. We are actually expecting these to be done at any day now, so keep an eye out and you should see tracking soon :)". Over a year later from the original order date and that is the only contact Ive heard from them. I have not received the product I paid over $300 for. Such a crappy company to treat paying customers this way.

I have worked and dealt extensively with both Jason and Sean for over 4 years now. The level of customer service is unrivaled and the prices are great. Its hard to really attribute a value to the way they go above and beyond for customer service. This place is horrible. I have tried and tried to get in contact with them over and over and its like no one works there. I bought a set of lug nuts that do not fit my car. I offered an exchange from them to continue my business with the company and I never got a yes or no from them. $110 down the drain, if you live outside of Canada I recommend not doing business with them, very unprofessional I dont see them lasting another year. Customer service needs to be a alot better. Going to throw these lug nuts away ✌

It is great place to get parts for Evos. I do not get why they are accepting only USD, and charges import duty fees although the purchase was made in Canada. Come on guys, charging shipping fee for 4 hour drive distance???
