I was doing routine maintenance at VAG and as always, very satisfied! He took the time to explain the details, why he recommends or not maintained and in order to build a good relationship with their client. Im always impressed to see how much they know our toys and little things that make us save in the long term. I did not know, but they moved ... Did you see the new showroom !! The lounge is sick, super comfortable and I spent a little over two hours without even realizing it. Honestly, the place is worthy of the best dealers without the big price and with the skills to maintain a vehicle after warranty. Yes my dealer is super up to 80 000km, but after the warranty, VAG is the reference in the greater Montreal. I ais not only sent a few friends, but my father too. I have great confidence VAG and I recommend them to anyone. VAG, thank you!

Pros: -Clean garage -Tech is knowledgeable and proactive. Great guy! -Price is reasonable for quality service Cons: -Service advisor kept talking to some of his friends while I was waiting to get my bill -Had to tell him to go fetch my bill so that I can pay and leave Overall: Im a big fan of clean garages using proper tools. VAG is definitely a good place to get some work done on your car. Disapointed with some service advisor being slow at getting things done when youve been waiting for hours. 4 stars on 5 (Would go again and next time will tell them to be prompt.)

VAG has always taken great care of my VWs in the past and now my BMW. With an impeccable garage (spotless almost) and great friendly service. They always take the time to explain what the problem is and their prices are a fraction of the dealership, yet they use quality parts. Why would I drive all the way there, far from my home? Because they are that good.
