Ive dealt with Mike for the limousine service for my wedding. From beginning until the time of signing the contract, I was very satisfied with the service that was offered me. For cons, the wedding day, we were very disappointed. The limousine service was bring us to the reception room at 2:30 AM, all of which were confirmed yesterday. We waited for the limo service but it never happened. We called Mike, but no response. The night of our wedding, so we returned by taxi home, since everyone had left. Two days later, I called Mike to inform them of my dissatisfaction and my disappointment with the service. It invents me that a limousine was presented to the reception room, and looked for a married couple with the same name as me and my new husband to take them home. So they supposedly took the wrong couple who pretends to us so ... Mike says they honored their part of the contract ............ Obviously, this sounds absurd, completely false (1 ascent and history 2. if their part of the contract would be honored, we would not be returned home by taxi the night of marriage). The false story that was told to us by Mike was confirmed by the friendly owner of the reception room which was informed of the conveyance of the two others the same evening married couples. In short, very poor customer service and fib. I do not trust this company and thats why I do not recommenderai anyone. The erreure never having been admitted by Mike, it has shown arrogance and resorted to lies and stories mounted. In addition, several comments on "Google review" claim to have had the same experience: no limo to return when it is stipulated in the contract .... therefore zero confidence for me. Also, we had been promised snacks for the limo but did not get anything at all ...

we have used the service for our wedding last week. Mike was a charm, we listen to at all times for applications that we wanted. the vehicle was in perfect etas. they even came the night 3 hr in the morning to pick us up as provided for. a real luxury and a very professional service. Mike is very well organize its affairs. a big bravo. Im their recommeded to everyone that husband :)

very professional drivers. picked us up from the airport. had a sign with our name on it . my flight was late and they waited for us. they even came with an luxury suv and the driver said that he was worried about our luggages because we ordered a baby seat as well . so he figured out we would have a stroller and baby bags. thank god he came with it :) .... great service and very calm driver even in traffic . thanks

We had a ladies night, the drivers were great, the cars were nice and clean, they were very helpful and patience. Insisted on waiting with us without an extra charge. I highly recommend them and I will definitely refer them to family and friends.

We used Link Limousine for a Bachelorette event and we had a great experience! Easy communication, the driver was on time, clean limosine, very smooth and no issues whatsover! I would definitely recommend and use again for any future events!
