There was nothing about this experience that wasnt 5 stars, but the proprietor is especially top notch. Even, if you dont need to rent a car, I would suggest you go there just for the pleasure of meeting this wonderful human. Not only does he seem to understand how to run a business for the long-term, he seems to really care about connecting with people. He will definitely be my go-to guy for any future car rentals. One minor thing with the vehicle, was that I couldnt get the Bluetooth working, but Im guessing that was maybe just my inability.

I was looking for a rental car before the holidays and it was the only place that I found that still had a car available. Shara was super nice to me. I had the car for more than 3 weeks and he would call once a week to make sure everything was going well with the car. Would totally recommend! You could tell that offering a great customer service is their priority.

Amazing service!!! I made a last minute plan to go to Quebec City so couldnt make any reservations. But when I showed up to their office, they gave me exactly what I was looking for. Next time when I need to rent a car, Ill definitely go see the same person.
