Charles Limousine Service is reliable! My daughter was visiting in Canada and called me(I am in California) and said that she reserved a Taxi to pick her up at hotel at 3am. Her ride to the airport would take about 1 hr and 45 min. She did not feel confident in the taxi service even though she had reserved for one. I researched for a car service and looked at several online and talked to a few on the phone. I called Charles Limousine and spoke to Georges he was very friendly and helpful. I explained my concern as a mom about getting my daughter safely to the airport from her hotel. His driver Pierre was very nice and professional and arrived at hotel before 3am and got my daughter safe and sound to the airport! Thank you Georges for your dependable and professional service. I would recommend Charles Limousine service!

I used their service the weekend of April 17, 2015 for the first time. I had flight issues getting into Montreal but the owner was very accommodating and communicated with me via text message. I arrived and the driver was there waiting for me. Nice clean luxury car. Driver was very courteous and helpful. Knew exactly where to go and gave very pleasant conversation. Go Habs Go!!! Then my return trip was with the owner George himself. Great guy, was early and we shared some good conversation. I highly recommend anyone needing a car service whether it be airport shuttles or any special occasion. Charles Limousine is my choice.

Shortly after I received confirmation for the pickup I requested. What a nice change from the shoddy establishment I dealt with earlier that day. Georges followed up with me after my boss was taken to the airport on time. Very professional, excellent customer service. Id definitely Recommend them and will use them again the next time we require transportation in Montreal.

I was looking for an alternative for my daughters graduation when the limousine that her and and friends had booked fell through. I was looking around on the internet and found Charles Limousine. Let me tell you, all those 5-star ratings are well deserved. The driver was on time with a beautiful Cadillac and was very courteous to my daughter and her date. I found Charles Limousine on the Internet and didnt know what to expect. I was travelling from Montreal to Ottawa and back. I was very pleasantly surprised. My driver, Stephen, arrived promptly at the appointed time. He was very courteous and respectful. The car was spotless and very comfortable. All in all a very pleasant and hassle-free way to travel. Charles Limousine was so accommodating and super helpful! Georges met us at our apartment at 3:30am and drove us to the airport. He was kind, informative, and prompt. Georges has picked up my children and brought the to and from Dorval airport 3 or 4 times. He does a great job, on time and always professional. Great service! We were met at the airport upon exiting through customs. Our driver, Steven, had two car seats installed and ready to go. The SUV was clean and Steven was friendly and courteous. I would highly recommend, especially for families planning on being without a car in the city!
