I was on my way back to London ont from cabot trail in a 24 ft ford motorhome on sept.16 -16 I called around 130 and said I was stopping in my alternator quit I got there about 3.00 they said I needed a alternator they could not get one until mon. I said I was not waiting all weekend to see what they could do I would go to a camp tonight and carry on tomorrow they put on a voltage regular which they had in stock for 45dollars they claimed I would need it later put a charge on battery gave me a billfor209.09 in French that I could not read and said they were closing at 5 see you mon. The next day I drove as far as napanee ont. it quit I got a new battery at cdn tire it took me the rest ot the way home that is what they should of put in anew battery instead selling me parts that I did not need I dont think they went out of there way to help me. Acouple of days later a lady called I noticed on my phone Drum Ford I said hello she said mr. currie I said yes this is him she said oh you are speaking English I will get back to you later it has been 10-12 days havent heard a word a disappointed customer

Five stars for the sales department which is great, (Ludivine Burdet Ladies and Gentlemen Suzie side and Guillaume Lapointe Laforce and Dominique were very professional), but 0 star in terms of the service department, thats another story . This is the second new car that I buy at Drville Ford and each delivery, it lacks the equipment. Funny coincidence, every time the engine block heater, among others, was not installed. Who knows why ????

Very poor customer experience. charged time does not match the length of the interview. Nearly $ 200 for a wheel bearing checking only on one side. Any sense. No room, no repairs. Only the verification time. Once the bill paid, nobody can do anything to rectify everything. It is considered only on the purchase because once the sales contract signed, it resumes the service thereafter. Do business at Ford in Victo if you want to buy.

Very good service for the oil change except that I have not liked any of the thumbnail that informs me that the next oil change should be made in 8000 Km, while the onboard computer keeps track many more realistic for oil changes. So for the next oil change I will go to my local garage that respecting the maintenance manual FORD. Alain thank you

Since buying my ford fiesta 2012 , 2 years ago I have spent just as much time at the garage as I did with my previous car that was a 1999! It always one problem after another. I leave the garage with one problem fixed and another one appears. With my most recent visit they didnt find the problem I had went there for, but found 3 others! They told me they would phone me with an estimate everything would cost but yet Im still waiting. I also left still having the problem I had went for. I am disappointed with the amount of repairs my car keeps needing and fear for how many more I will have in the next couple years.
