I must start by saying that I received very good service from Vanessa, but the customer service really does not live up to my expectations. They sold me a Civic with tinted windows, but being distracted by nature, I did not think to ask if they were in the legal limit. So I stopped by the police while traveling several hundred kilometers with a delay of 48 hours to fix everything, which caused me a LOT of stress and thereby, prevented me from enjoy my trip. I had to INSIST to receive from them financial compensation, which also was not enough to absorb the cost of bills in full. I thought change self for not having to break my head, but it was just the opposite!

After having done ask my summer tire and made fairr maintenance B1 on my right, I return to a vibration, their mechanic told me that this is my tire and it wants to sell me $ 1200 tire, I have him re-explain that even with my winter tire, the vehicle fesait the same thing, he replied that if my diagnosis was not good although my car was ok ????? , It borders on stupidity that !! Jai received a statement of account of $ 601 for maintenance B1 and tire installation, that verges on ca scam. Check your bill out of there if you are really forced to go. Lack of transparency in their operation, lack of competence, unable to simply ask tires.
