I was very pleased with the welcome and service that I have had. Helen, the secretary to the service, very well answered. She even made sure that I understood the service I had received. However, I was disappointed when I knew I had to pay $ 100 to honor my guarantee. When this extended warranty is sold me, the person who sold me never, under any circumstances, mentioned that I would have to pay $ 100 every time I was fixing something that was on warranty. I was told that I was assured "bumper to bumper" thats it! So I was very disappointed at this level. Thank you and good day!
