The service was fine until time of purchase. Thereafter, it deteriorates. When I went for a used vehicle, my questions have been answered very well and the service was very good. However, it refused my request to repair a scratch about 3 inches square on the front bumper. Damage is minimal and only cosmetic, so I was expecting the minimum that they can fix it, but unfortunately not. Another surprise when I left the garage with the keys in hand: The car has only 10L fuel. I find it very "cheap" not to do it full before leaving, knowing the value that the car may have. Its their service that takes a bad shot. Finally, after the engineers have calibrated the tires and change the oil, they have not updated the data in the dashboard. So, I have a warning appears that I must reset. Although it is nothing serious, the accumulation of its shortcomings mean that their service remains low quality.

There are 4 years I bought a used Honda. It comes to my unwashed car, empty gasoline and not inspected. 4 days later the brake lines and fuel broke I had to drive 45 minutes without brakes. I went back to the dealer to make me say NO they will do nothing, despite a warranty of 10 days is applicable it is in black and white on the government website. After long minutes of frustration and astinage in the office of my Honda sales finally granted a check for $ 250 ... its better than nothing. I put 3 stars because the service parts / auto service is great everyone is very courteous and polite.

Very disappointed, making appointments not honored, it is 4 times as I travel with appointments, arranged for my sliding doors without success. Blame that goes around the garage, its not me its him / her and so on. Failure to accommodate, I bought my new odyssey in 2009 and since then my warranty expired, pathetic service !!!

I just come back from Honda Auto Frank et Michel à Québec, and could not wait to write down this to express my thanks, to the old guy in the service department. I feel so sorry that I forget asking his name. My wife and I have driven a long way to Quebec from the US, and felt something wrong with our Honda CRV after I conducted the B1 mechanics in a non Honda store. After hearing my feelings and concerns, the service man decided to drive my CRV to check it himself. He is so nice and so experienced and so helpful. I am really appreciate the service and advices he gave to me.
