Hello, I tell you my story quickly. I brought Honda Blainville, 1 mag brand new Acura TL with a tire mounted on the rim in order to find an air leak. At first, the correct state service, their attitude a little cracking but we do the job. So far the all is well. I have been searching the wheel, I recall that said wheel was BRAND NEW. Well I found my wheel with chunks of missing paint on the facade of the branches. Deep patties paintings were torn. Excatement as if he had escaped a big tool or a piece of metal on the mag. The most infuriating is that it tried to hide me Technical Advisory putting the wheel in a honda bag closed and going to carry my gear in my car. I have not taken a chance and I have inspected the wheel in the parking lot for not taking a chance. I did well.... Result: He admits to pain and misery that it is their fault but I had to fight for four days for a refund on my wheel (I want to specify that I only had 50% of the price I pay out of my pocket for the wheel), even if I had the bill for my mags for purchase which dated 31 October 2014. I bought my car the last April, be sure and certain that I will not present myself to this dealer. Your mistake is forgivable, your attitude towards the situation is irreversible. I went to a used car displayed on Autohebdo. The seller has played the "Im busy, I have two customers test drives" and "done quickly, I have another client who was interested who is coming and who has an appointment." Seemingly not really want to sell the vehicle. CarProof different from what is displayed on the site Autohebdo. The cars brakes are completely finished, but the replacement is not included in the price. Unable to take a test drive. Gives me an exchange price for my car without looking at comparing a car in liquidation which 10,000 km less than my car (50 000 km vs. 60,000 km, it is a big difference!) Saying "ben you know, we do not seek the most expensive price when you shop a vehicle. " Frankly, this is not the quality Honda ... A month later, the vehicle is still on sale despite a further decline of $ 2,000 on the price. Keep it then!

Be careful when you pick up your vehicle and sign your contract of sale !! A verbal agreement is not worth anything. Make sure that everything is registered ... whatever that ca be your discount, accessories, vehicle conditions, the interest rate and the period of the finance department of the lady who sest financement..la care of us has clearly been wrong intentions honest. Overall, the service is okay ... this is better to go elsewhere to Lentretien more pleasant .. they have a good choice of car has good price but lacks transparency and dhonneter. ENTK, its just when you go out money they are happy.

I made the purchase of a used vehicle in the last few years and was not satisfied, I wanted to avail myself of my warranty exchange for 7 days, but they refused, while this guarantee was clearly displayed ** ** on their website at the time. They treated me like an ignorant unable to judge the proper operation of a vehicle and I have very bad memories of my experience at Honda de Blainville. They have not even taken the time to check whether the vehicle was 100% fit, and its a small garage around the corner that I made that the problem came from a tire that had a manufacturing defect.

I went to purchase a car from this dump...little did i know that they sell people cars that are in horrible condition. I had asked for the Vin..everything looked OK...Had a gut feeling to ask for the inspection paper; i recieved it and everything passed 100%...until the day i drove off the lot!!! Hmmmm, thats fishy. As im driving around the wheels in the front seem to be ultra-senstive to each bump and crease in the ground, hours later i go to gas up and i was only able to fill the tank half way!!!! What else??? Oh yeah, and as a NON-SMOKER it really sucks to turn the heating&& A/C on and have that fabulous scent of tobacco fill the car and run through my families lungs!!! Before i purchased the vehicle i had asked to sales man multiple times if there was any underlying problems with this car, and i was lied to. I BROUGHT THE CAR TO MY TRUST WORTHY MECHANIC AND HE ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS BY DOING A QUICK INSPECTIONS AND FOUND MULITPLE OF PROBLEMS, SO MY QUESTION TO THE PEOPLE WHO WORK HERE IS......HOW DID THIS CAR PASS INSPECTION??

Poor estimate of the time required for maintenance (we told you 2 hours without any really count and it takes 4). People services seem overworked and fed up with their work. Having realized that the estimated time was bad, but I was lent a car to work. She was running well but felt rather bad. Straddling given we do not look the bridle, but when you put me late for work it would be appreciated if your feel good tank.

Firstly these people are not present, their new cars are very expensive. But I like Hondas and I prefer expensive than Cheap still in the garage. That being said, they are competent, polite, organized. Their cars are reliable (but Im still in the nine).
