The service is great. I am very happy with the car. I am frustrated with SYNC... I find it hard to use voice commands. I can only get American weather... I bought the car and also live in Canada. I find it completely useless when using it to find nearest services. When it cant get what you said she goes through the whole list of options that have nothing to do with your original voice command. If you needed something in a hurry you may as well forget it. I have been in other makes cars and their set up is not as complicated and frustrating. I cant download any apps from my phone because it wont upload anything but my contacts. With the technology of today, dont you think Ford should be leading the rest. Truthfully, all the vehicles out there are pretty specialized.... service is all great. But all it takes is this when you invest in a top of the line car, that just takes the fun out of it. So not what, I am told that there is nothing that can improve this system.... maybe soon... well this would have effected my purchase. What is the sense of buying something that I will be frustrated with just making a voice command call. I would hate to have to call 911.

Highly disappointed in the customer service here when it comes to getting my car worked on. I had issues with my Focus, and they wrongly diagnosed it the first time, then the 2nd time, they said I needed a new Fuel Pump, but yet never called me to tell me my car was done. After a week and a half of no calls or responses when I finally got my car back, I went in and they never ordered it because they had to do more tests, and my car was gradually getting worse and worse. My file was at the bottom of a drawer, and the girl said she was gunna call me, but never did. So Ive been driving around for almost 2 weeks with a car that could cut out at any time.. I dropped my car off 2 hours ago, and still have yet to get a call about my tires being completed and the tests being done. It only ever takes them one hour, and i doubt the tests would take that long. I wont be going with Ford next time if this keeps up.

We were visiting the Island and had a very concerning sound coming from one of our Explorers wheels. We called up Alex MacDonalds and they fit us into the service schedule and quickly resolved the problem (at no charge as it turned out to be a very minor issue). They also noticed that we were overdue for regular maintenance and managed to get that done for us immediately as well. Brad, the service agent was friendly and helpful. This is a perfect example of a well run Ford dealership. Thanks for making a potentially vacation impacting issue a non-issue!

Had excellent service on my 2013 Ford Fiesta since I purchased it in July, 2015. Whether it was an oil change, car inspection, or figuring out why my engine light kept coming, and correcting the problem. Most of all, the awesome staff at D Alex MacDonald Ford, are far and few between. Respectful, very pleasant, and there to serve! Congratulations on providing such great service to your clients!

I recently had my truck in for service the turbo on the driver side was not working They had to keep it over the weekend supplied me with a car The gas tank was empty I think the best way to do it have the car full of gas and when the customer returns it make sure it is full of gas if not supply them with a bill other than that it was a great service and they kept me in the loop

I had my 2013 Fusion in for recall notice for the door latches and they replaced all door latches, but I had them look at my engine bonnet for rust appearing on the RH edge and front area on the bonnet as well, and this is not covered under warrenty, less than 60,000k on vehicle. Very disappointed, as they say this is a common problem with Fusions.

This was the second new car I bought at D Alex MacDonalds and this experience was as good as the first one. Very knowledgeable and helpful sales staff. Great and friendly service. Got my vehicle in at the appointed time and gave me a shuttle ride home. Called me near the completion time to indicate that additional parts were needed but they could get them overnight and get my car out as soon as they arrived. Parts came in late morning and had my car back by noon! Seemed very efficient!

Felt like a very money oriented place, super pushy and unhelpful! Went looking for a part but kept getting pushback saying it needs diagnostic to see if I need said part... Refused to help me without coming into their shop for a fee... went to my regular mechanic and got the part in minutes, from D Alex! Stay far, far, far away!

The service provided by a dedicated team in the service department has been exceptional. I bought my 2011 Ford Ranger used from their lot and have always been treated like the truck came out of the showroom. This is what makes a customer come back its not just the salesperson but the follow up service.
