So many complaints with this business. I would vote 0 out of 5 if possible. Worst car rental I have has the displeasure of experiencing in my professional or personal life. Just some of my complaints off the top of my head: 1) they purport to be the "airport" location (and charge an airport fee for rentals) but are located a 5 min drive from the airport and you will need to be picked up/dropped off, 2) there was no competent manager (or any manager) on duty both when picking up and dropping off the vehicle, 3) the employee who provided service when picking up the vehicle was obviously undertrained which resulted in my being overcharged for the vehicle and required almost 45 min to obtain the keys to the vehicle, 4) we were required to review the exterior of the vehicle with a fine-toothed comb, looking for (and recording) hairline scratches and microscopic chips, 5) they advertise that any damage to the windshield will result in a $400 replacement charge which is highly unusual and unfair in my experience, 6) I did not receive a proper receipt or invoice that showed anything about the vehicle, the initial mileage, the terms of my agreement, or even the phone number/physical address of the rental office, 7) my $500 damage deposit was not automatically returned. When I phoned the office to reconcile this issue, I was disconnected after a 15 min wait. The individual I finally spoke to was the same inexperienced employee who rented the vehicle initially. They were unable to rectify the situation because, again, no manager was on duty. I am now waiting until Monday to speak to them (currently Saturday). Horrible experience. Would highly recommend using any other rental agency in the city/airport.

I would give 0 if I can. Worst car rental in my life. We got a confirmation 6 days ago te be picked up at downtown Charlotttville, Prince Edward Island. When we arrived we learned that the pick up location moved at the airport more than a year ago, we had to wait for shuttle about 25 minutes. Then at the airport location the staff were inpolite, undertrained. At 11:30am, the manager was out for the day. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

If you are travelling to the U.S. from Canada do not rent from Discount unless you dont mind being charged additional fees for the entire duration of your rental regardless of how many days you are across the border. They will willingly and knowingly over charge you.

Seriously would have given 0 star if i could. Try booking 3 times and even with a conformation email and calling to confirm we still didnt get a car
