I live in Toronto, and I decided on a Ford F-150. I decided to look for a truck out of town and got in touch with Shawn Gingras who works at Savage Ford. I also recommended Shawn to a co-worker Tom who was also looking to get into a F-150. He was frustrated with the sales people, empty promises and high prices in the GTA while looking. The two got in touch and Shawn found a truck that was exactly what Tom was looking for. Tom drove up to Savage and met with Shawn, and as promised, he got exactly the truck he wanted, at a price thousands less than the nearest competitor. I can say that Tom had nothing but positive things to say about Shawn and his level of service. I was happy to hear that I connected the two to have a positive buying experience. Of course after seeing Toms truck I needed one as well! Essentially I did the same, called Shawn up, let him know what I was looking for, and drove up to trade in my car for the F-150. He answered all my emails, questions over the phone and countless text messages. Some people thought I was a bit crazy to drive that far to buy a truck, but its the peace of mind knowing I got a solid deal, and dealt with a terrific salesperson at a great small town dealership. Thank you Shawn and the staff at Savage Ford! And my F-150 is simply amazing!

I just wanted to write a Big Thank You to the service team at your Dealership.On Friday,October 28th I had just driven up from Windsor and arrived in Sturgeon around 1pm.From North Bay to Sturgeon my 2014 Focus was emitting a bad coolant odor.I stopped in and spoke with Guy.I explained my situation and he said he would do his best to have a look at it.I went for a walk and Guy called me an hour and half later and said it was fixed.It was a Friday afternoon and you guys were busy but you fit me in and I am VERY appreciative.Guy is a great guy and an asset to your service team.Im in Sturgeon a couple times a summer and were due for a new car.See you in the Spring!!!!! Jason was my salesman and did not pressure me at all when I first noticed a truck I had interest in, I had time to do my research on the vehicle to ensure it was what I wanted. The service was superb and also I highly dedicate a thanks to the detailer who throughly cleaned the truck and went over it bit by bit with me. Would not be afraid to buy an other Ford from the great team at Savage.

Weve had nothing but excellent service from everyone at Savage Ford...we have bought both used and new vehicles from Savage without any problems!!! We recently had an issue with the transmission and Savage Ford never quit until the issue was resolved...We prefer to drive the 45 minutes to Savage Ford as we know we are getting the BEST service!!

A pleasant experience dealing with all the staff and I got the exact vehicle I wanted with some extras at no cost!!! Very pleased. Worth the drive! Would recommend this dealer to others.

Went in with a check engine light to find out it was a transmission issue. The transmission was served at Stockfish Ford just a couple of month prior and they overfilled the system. Savage Ford fixed it for less than what Stockfish charged me to service it. Small town - big service!
